I have used lots of retinol creams but this one seems to be having an effect as it is a good strength. Love it.

This is a lovely premium eye cream that comes with a hefty price tag for only a small tube but is very high quality, easy to apply and I find that not a lot of product goes a very long way. Have been using this every evening as part of a pre-bed routine and I think I can already see some minor improvements in my skin around my eyes - slightly less puffy and less wrinkly - albeit I’ve only been using this for around 3-4 weeks and I guess it will need longer before I can properly assess its effectiveness. But so far, I’m encouraged - just don’t buy it expecting an instant transformation.

I’m always a bit sceptical about eye creams like this especially the ones with the higher price tags like this one but thought I’d give it a try anyway because of a woman my age I’m approaching 50 and I am noticing more lines and wrinkles so I will give things a go to see if they will help And this one has surprised me. It did take maybe about three weeks before I started noticing a difference and as you can see from the photos I’ve uploaded the first one is before I started using the eye cream and the second photo is I think maybe 4/5 weeks later ?When following the Application directions for usage of the eye cream, it did say to use 1-2 days, And then every other day and then go onto using every day. I know it’s only a small tube but you need to use very little. It does spread very well. It feels lovely on the skin and my eye under eye no longer feels dry or dry. It looks nourished and I feel I look a lot better around the area. I wouldn’t normally, pay as much as this cost but if you are used to the more premium price creams and I would definitely give this one ago I’ve been using this awhile now and there’s still lots in the little tube.

Not visible difference at all and used it daily for a while now…. Not sure if its one of those ones you really need to use it long term. Not impressed and id say there are probably some cheaper brands that would give the same result, if not more!

I have been really impressed with this retinol night eye cream. It has a lovely texture, which is a sort of pale peach colour, it absorbs quickly into the delicate skin around the eye, it left no residue or excess oil which would affect make up application.I have used this along with the Medik8 day advanced eye cream for the last 5 weeks and can definitely see a difference. I have less puffiness, the dark circles under my eyes are greatly reduced and the whole under eye area is softer and lines are less obvious. I have sensitive skin, but had no reaction to any of the ingredients.The price is on par with most mid to high end eye creams and a little does go a long way. This is a new range to me, but one that I would definitely order again as it does give the results as described.I received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme. This arrived very nicely packaged which feels and looks like a top-of-the-range product. The tube is quite small given its price tag, but a minimal amount of product is needed, so it does seem to go a long way. The applicator makes direct application to the skin easy and precise. The colour of the product itself is quite a bright yellow colour, which was unexpected. However, this is my first time using a product of this nature. I applied the product very generously at first use and did end up with a bit of a reaction, which was in the form of small bumps on my skin. I then left it for a week to settle and have tried again. Since then, I have been more sparing with the product and am having better results – my skin is fine. After application, I noticed that my skin does feel and look more taught, but the results have not been overly dramatic as I have very few lines or wrinkles to begin with. What is there does have a smoother look, so from my point of view, this product does work well. Let’s talk price tag... It is very expensive for an eye cream, and I would not usually pay such a high amount, £54 at the time of writing, but having tried it and seeing a difference in my fine lines, I would be more inclined to repurchase it in the future. On that note, I am happy to recommend it, but as stated, I can’t comment on very heavily lined or wrinkled skin, as this is not my experience at present.

I’ve heard of Medik8 and been intrigued about their skincare for a while. When it comes to eye cream I have over the past few months been using another brands retinal eye cream at night every few days. Before that I used retinol for years so I’m aware of the pros and how to use it. These products always have a yellow hue and this one is the darkest hue I’ve found. The cream feels thick and as you apply the under eye area looks so bright dewy and fresh. Over time the product does sink into the skin and leaves it not dry but lightly conditioned. I was impressed with the effects of this cream and would work it into my routine.Things to be aware of -1. Use this in the evening - I’ve seen people using retinal in their morning routine which isn’t a good idea. The skin will be very sensitive to all rays of uv and you’re setting yourself up for damage.2. Try it once a week at first if you’re new to retinal. Build up over time but start slowly.3. Once you start sunscreen is essential a tiny bit on the under eye will help protect it. Plus all over the face but I feel that’s clear.4. Using a little of the product. If you slug it you skin will not be happy.£54 is expensive. I’ve paid for high end skincare many times so I will continue to use this product and update with my thoughts. I do think the ingredients have been carefully considered and my normal routine focuses on Hyaluronic acid and ceramides so it’s nice that this product has included these ingredients.
