I have 3 of these pots. Tonight one of the lids shattered while cooking on low. Now I’m concerned about the other pot lids. Anyone have this problem?

I always use the pot lids at some point in cooking and I’ve never had a problem with cracking or chipping or anything else. Not from heat or banging around.

Is this dishwasher safe?

Yes, but for longer life of nonstick it recommended to hand wash.
