Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 13.5/'' Touchscreen AMD Ryzen 5 8GB 128GB Windows 11 H, 13-13.99 inches, Platinum

So I bought this laptop refurbished, which was new to me. I guess I was worried I'd get a beat up piece of used gear. Instead, this laptop came and seemed like it was absolutely brand new. The price was incredible for this laptop, which made it a solid chance to take. I recently bought a far more expensive Dell XPS 13 and it has been a complete pain. There are so many strange bugs and compatibility issues, and I felt like I wasted my money a bit. At this point, Microsoft and Apple are making amazing products that give you the best experience with their operating systems, and this Surface Laptop provided a wonderfully streamlined experience with no bloatware or bugs. I have been using it for months now and it has been so reliable and free of any issues. I also wanted to take advantage of the incredible Ryzen mobile processors with the AMD graphics, and though its not a gaming powerhouse, it has run all sorts of fun games. This is just a bonus. I would highly recommend this computer for work or school, as its value far exceeds the cost.

Powerful and lightweight

So slow

I utilized this computer for a few weeks as my primary computer. It was outstanding overall, great battery life, great screen, great sound.I loved the finish of the keyboard, but because it was not metal, there was a very weak, flexible spot on the left of the keyboard. I consistently had missed keys and it slowed my typing. This is nit-picky but for an expensive laptop, you should expect little or no flex on basic typing.I also personally wanted to find a windows laptop as portable as my MacBook Pro M1, and decided to try the Microsoft Laptop Go 2. Battery life is about the same, screen similar, and decent sound quality. The keyboard is identical, except on a metal chassis, and has no flex.

I like this computer so much this is my second one. The first one I bought factory new from a big box store. This one, my second, came in “Microsoft Certified Refurb” packaging and I see no differences from the factory new one. Looks new, works like new except much cheaper. Very pleased,

I was skeptical getting a computer refurbished but had to because of a lower price range! I am using the computer for college purposes as a English major and absolutely love it. Computer came basically brand new!
