I had to send the first one back and got a replacement one. They both lasted for 3 weeks and then would not power up. It worked for a few weeks and then went down hill from threre.But, this product was replaced with an LED face therapy and it is working and still going strong. It covers more serface area than the original one. I bought the original device for back and hip pain not for cosmetic reasons. But, the company sent it while working on the original device. The sender took a lot of time to try to make things right. I appreciate that.

Worked great but the second time I charged it, it died. Contacted the seller, and they sent a replacement!

I've had this device for a little bit over a month and enjoyed using this device. It t has seemed to help my pain levels fairly well. It warms up quite a bit more than I expected and I don't know if it's the lights or the heat that's helping, but somehow or another the display has moved (right after the return window closed) and it's difficult to know exactly what setting I'm using. I've had to get out the book several times to make sure it's where I want it to be. Since the display moved, the back light has started to flicker and that makes it even more difficult. I've loved this device so much, but the one I received definitely has some issues.

It did less than taking a hot bath to alleviate my Carpel Tunnel hand pain. Returned it immediately.

Product appears used. Not all functions work. Dirty finger prints on box.
