Sizing chart is super accurate, use an online bra calculator to help confirm. I thought I was a D but after double checking I was a G something. So i went with medium. Holds on tight, fits comfortably considering its not a full day bra but to wear occasionally (which is my only complaint, its a little itchy and bulk for full day use). The tightness does help the suction and overall performance of my pump. Its tight enough and stretchy enough i can comfortably massage to get the milk flowing better, which is super important when hunting a pumping bra. I find i cant do that with other typical pumping bras.

I love these for night time, I’m a side sleeper. So when I nursed with my first I woke up drenched because I would squish my milk out, they absorbed awesome till I woke up and need to switch them out. Just stocked up for baby #2!!

This is a great pumping bra for the price. It gives a secure, snug fit that holds the flanges in place so you can actually be hands-free while pumping. I like that the material is soft but still supportive without feeling overly restrictive. It works perfectly with my Medela pump parts and keeps everything aligned for consistent output. The strapless design makes it easy to throw on over a nursing bra when needed, and once it’s on, it stays put. It feels tight at first (which it should), but the fabric adapts over time and becomes more comfortable with use. Overall, it does exactly what it’s designed to do—free up your hands while pumping—and at a very reasonable price point compared to other brands.
