The foot massager was very effective in relieving the tight tendons on my soles because I stand up for lomg periods at a time. The added air compression really helps the massager shine so I can really feel the kneading. Theres an added heat feature so no more cold feet during the winter! There are 3 settings of air compression intensity as shown on photos, 3 levels of knead intensity and a low or high heat option. Options are not overwhelming, so no confusion and gets the job done as expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who have sore feet and needs relief with no fuss! Plug and use, just the right amount of options, easy to store portability, and overall great value!

Good product with great customer service! I used the foot massager often for a month and then the rotating massagers stopped moving. The window to return/replace had just closed so I contacted the company directly and they quickly responded. They were quick to help verify that the product wasn't working and then send a replacement for free with fast shipping. The product itself works very well. I enjoy the squeezing of the feet in addition to the massaging. The product is very light weight and the lining is removable so it can be washed if needed. My only complaint is that I wish it massaged the entire foot. Nothing massages past the ball of the foot and the part on the heal really just presses up against it but doesn't do a great deal. I would love the rotating massagers that are currently in the middle to instead be the entirety of the foot. However, this is shown in the description online so it's not as if there was false advertising. To get more massage in different area of my foot I just change my foot position in the product. Overall it is a really nice product especially for the value.

Great product! Both the air compression and the kneading are superb! Also great customer service! Within a week of receiving the massager my dog chewed up the remote. After contacting Bob and Brad to try to source a replacement, they offered to ship me a new remote free of charge. Customer service also had very timely responses. I'm very happy with this product and the support from the company!

This foot massager is a great investment if you have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. It has help me through my injury recovery and it has been great. Easy to use and very helpful. The shiatsu massager and the air compressor are very powerful, but also adjustable, if I feel like a tender massage I use the low intensity and if I’ve had a tough day on my feet I use the high intensity. During my second year owning the massager I had some issues with the air compressors, fortunately Bob and Brad have an excellent customer service representative named Ava. She provided the best service, simply outstanding. I received a new unit within the week and it works great! Can’t rave enough about their product, but as well as their customer support. I will definitely recommend their foot massager.

My wife mentioned wanting the bob and brad foot massager. Of course I bought it and it took several months before I took it for a test drive.Let me tell you how awesome this is. I am a blue collar guy and constantly on my feet. I abused my feet for years in the military as well. This foot massager has brought so much relief. I have more feeling and sensation in my feet after using it for just 20 minutes a day.The build quality seems good and the air pressure and heat settings are my favorite. It’s easy to pop my feet in while I unwind for the day and the remote makes it super simple to change intensity with out bending over.My only complaint is that I wish the power cord was a little longer. Overall it has been a great purchase and at the price point it’s at I would easily recommend this or buy it again.

It's just ok. I was a little disappointed. I thought this model had the thing that allowed you to angle it up slightly. It doesn't. I like how there is a lot of massage on the arch of the foot, and while you can adjust the intensity of the kneading and intensity of the squeezing, it runs on a kind of set program where it gets more intense toward the end of the time and there's no way to adjust it if you want that intensity for longer or sooner in the session.Does it relieve tension my feet? Yes. I decided to keep it. But was it everything I expected it to be? No, not quite. Nothing's really done with the toes. The part that massages the heal is nothing really special.

I purchased this foot massager in 2024, loved using it for the last year. It works very well. The kneading, heat, and Air pressure can be adjusted which makes the massage enjoyable. However I had an issue with the cord where it seemed to have a short. I emailed this company a little over a year, and without hesitation, they emailed me back quickly, asked I send the order#, short video, serial#, so they could have quality see what was going on. Without prompt, they already had shipped me a new one. Received it in a few days. I was shocked, no jumping through hoops, no hesitation, this company gave 100 percent Customer Satisfaction. plus I love the foot massager!! Thank you for standing behind your products.
