The stickers do keep your mouth closed when sleeping

Items are so thin
It is impossible to close your mouth with this mouth tape. Totally waste of money.

A little too small
I’ve got pretty small lips, but find that these strips are too small to keep my mouth “sealed shut” while sleeping. The box they come in is also a little flimsy. Next time I think I’ll try and find another brand.
