I have been taking this multivitamin for a month. I felt more energetic throughout the day. Since my job required me to move around fast and carry heavy merchandise. I didn't feel as tired as I was before I started taking this vitamin. I would recommend this to all my family members and also my friends.

This is a potent bottle of vitamins. This is marketed as Ashwaghanda, but it's got much more than that. It should be marketed as a multi-vitamin with the extra herbal supplements added. If you take this, then you likely don't need to be taking any other multi-vitamin. This includes all of the essentials, Vitamin A, B Complex, C, D, E, K. There is also Magnesium, Zinc, Ashwaghanda and Rhodiola for stress. Tongkat for male libido and energy, Echinacea, Green Tea Moringa, Ginger for immune system. Black pepper to increase absorption. I think this is more for Men as Tongkat is designed to increase testosterone in Men. It may cause adverse effects in women, I'm not sure, I'm not a woman. While I love these essential vitamins, whenever I take 1, after an hour, I become a bit too relaxed, which doesn't work for when you're kick starting your day. I'm not sure what's in this that's causing that, but other than that it's fine. It calls for 2 a day, but I only take 1 for that matter. 2 will likely make me even more relaxed.

This product is NOT made in the US. The label has multiple grammer issues as well as misspelled words for example it says Brian instead of brain. Obviously looking at the listing it's Chinese, look at the flavor, it's in Chinese. SciVital doesn't have a website (because it is a fake company) so you'd have to go to their parent companys website Accolade Pharma which is extremely shady. Take at your own risk because there is no telling what you're putting in your body.

So, I've recently started trying out this new supplement. It's a bit of a mouthful, ingredients-wise but boy, has it made a difference! It's got ashwagandha, tongkat ali, together with extracts of six immunity herbs, a mix of vitamins and minerals, plus D3 and K2. I was a tad skeptical at the beginning, but the results have blown me away!
