While I have tried and used with clay, and they work great, I actually settled into working with cement because I just can't afford a kiln...and these work perfectly. They stand up to the abuse of cement without a scratch, have great shapes, are easy to hold and use, and clean up. I don't expect to need anymore any time soon, as they still don't show any wear & tear after a couple months use, but if I ever need more I'd definitely get these again. Very good value.

I've used a different brand of these before. Was happy to find these - less expensive than the other brand. Good quality. Easy to clean. Not too soft, just flexible enough. I enjoy using these.

I think these ribs are good quality and you can't beat the value, but as others have mentioned, they are a bit softer than standard rubber ribs I've used in the past and I wish they were a bit firmer.

Nice alternative/addition to the steel ribs. Not the same quality as the MUDD tools but also not the price. Each has their place. I do own a MUDD tool rib and love it for special needs but these are fine for general needs like ribbing clay. Working in a community studio, at times, these ribs allow me to have tools at home, and at the studio without a lot of expense. It would be nicer if they were of various stiffnesses.

I am using these not for pottery but for applying and removing grout from stained glass mosaic projects. I LOVE them! I just made the whole process so much easier. They easily remove most of the excess applied grout very quickly. I can grout directly from the grout tub with a small amount so I don't waste any. I have ordered some for mosaic classes I teach so each student can have a tool they will love!

They are a lot more flexible and softer than I expected. i was also disappointed with the fact that they are all the same flexibility and was hoping for a range, but that might be on me for not reading the description correctly. Different shapes of curves are helpful though.

As other people have mentioned these are a little thicker than others.on the market but they have great flexibility and react well with the clay. Also a fraction of the price of others. My students love using them.

Le produit est beaucoup trop mou pour utiliser sur mes pièces d'argile. Chaque produit mérite d'être beaucoup plus ferme pour être utile. Par contre, il y a beaucoup de pièces pour ce prix, ce qui est très bien!
