Why isnt Hycosan Intense contact lens compatible?

Hycosan Intense should not be used whilst wearing contact lenses due to its high viscosity.

Can Hycosan Intense be used by those also using medicated eye drops?

Yes. As per the instruction sheet: Allow 30 minutes after the application of other eye drop medications before applying Hycosan Intense. Hycosan Intense should always be used last. If Under 12/Pregnant/Lactating do not use more than 10 times per day.

How often should I apply Hycosan Intense?

Hycosan Intense is recommended to be used three times a day or as directed by a health care professional. If you apply it more frequently (e.g. more than 10 times per day) or suffer from more severe complaints you should consult an ophthalmologist.

I have squeezed the bottle and no drops have come out – is the bottle empty?

The bottle needs to be primed to allow the drops to flow - to prime the system remove the over cap and invert the bottle with its tip pointing down. Repeatedly pump the base until it dispenses the first drop, it is now primed and ready to use.
