Sehr schnell geliefert. Der Artikel kam einen Tage nach der Bestellung und drei Tage eher als angekündigt. Austausch problemlos, aber nicht intuitiv mögich, was aber am Drucker liegt und nicht am Druckkopf. Der Druckkopfschlitten muss manuell festgehalten werden, wenn der Drucker nicht mekt dass der Druckkopf defekt ist, was bei mir der Fall war. Jetzt druckt er wieder alle Farben.

No me duró ni 2 semanas. La impresora ya pide el cambio de cabezal. Lo peor es que ya realicé el cambio en 3 ocasiones. Y siempre con la misma experiencia. Mi nivel de consumo de impresiones es bajo, aunque continuo. Para evitar que el desuso sea un problema

Dopo innumerevoli chat, email e scambi di fotografie con l'assistenza HP, siamo arrivati al punto: le testine di stampa HP hanno una data di scadenza e spesso si rompono. La mia Smart Tank 7306, nonostante avessi stampato pochissime pagine a colori (sicuramente meno di 30), non erogava più il colore ciano. Ignorando il fatto che le testine di stampa abbiano una scadenza, avevo rimandato la questione per mesi, visto che stampavo poco e sempre in nero. HP me l'avrebbe sostituita in garanzia, ma, appunto, quando ho affrontato la questione la testina risultava già scaduta per pochi giorni. Ad ogni modo, questa testina mi ha salvato la stampante. Notare che HP, per ben due volte, mi aveva proposto di acquistare una nuova stampante (!!). Ora funziona perfettamente.

This fixed the issue with the original failed print head on my 2 year old 7300 model, for which I am relieved. It was cheaper than buying direct from HP too. But they are not easy to fit unless the printer is inviting you to do so - in my case I had to remove the power once the printer had started to move the print carriage. Once swapped over, restarting the printer recognised it has a new cartridge and it's working well. This is a design shortcoming not the fault of the print head itself.
