I waited awhile before reviewing as I wanted to give it a chance. I can definitely feel a difference without a question. No after taste and easy to swallow.

This review is for: AUMETO Premium Beet Root 19,400mg with L-ARGININE Ashwagandha- Blood Flow,Nitric Oxide,Energy,Endurance,and Stamina (90 Count (Pack of 1)) I have enjoyed supplementing with beet juice for some time, but I say "juice" because I prefer to drink it. I looked for a more portable supplement for traveling with and found this product. So far, I am very pleased with this supplement. I feel like I get a similar effect to my beet juice supplement, but it's less potent... however, my juice supplement contains more beet and it's beet juice rather than whole beet root powder so it's also more concentrated. I find the capsules easy to swallow and I've not notice any sort of after taste. The only thing I would change would be to include more beet and less of the other ingredients, but that's just my preference.

I am confused by the addition of ashwagandha in supplement that claims to be a nitric booster. One works to calm you down and release stress, the other could raise your blood flow and make you more active and boost endurance. I believe ashwagandha works best if taken with magnesium in the evenings since both have a good effect on sleep. This one is out of place. The rest of the ingredients is just fine, Not very highly dosed but it is also priced at an acceptable range so i cannot complain. It already has black pepper extract so i think turmeric would be a better fit here than asha since it allows for better absorption.

This product seemed wonderful. Unfortunately I had and still have a near death experience anytime Ashwaganda enters the ingredient list. I was hoping that 200mg would be tolerable but I was wrong. PLEASE create a formulation without the Ashwaganda so those of us that can't tolerate this deadly nightshade can receive the benefits of your product.
