Great Camera I would recmond it to everyone

So close to being perfect. The quality and absolutely everything about it is great, except for one issue. I hardwired mine to the battery to enable the parking features, which allow the camera to turn on if someone is near the car while it is turned off, alerting you as a safety measure. However, it takes 20 seconds to start recording. By that time, someone could have already broken into the car. Additionally, the camera needs to see the person's full body to register them as a person, so if someone is at the side of your car trying to break in, it’s useless. Outside of that one flaw, the camera is a 10/10.

My experience with the 70mai dash cam has been largely very positive. The camera quality is close to perfection, and the overall attention to detail is hard to beat. One of the biggest highlights for me is the voice control feature — being able to command the camera hands-free while driving is a huge bonus. No matter where you are on the road, the rotating lens can spin to capture different angles around the car, which adds a real sense of coverage and control. I’ve had mine professionally hard-wired into my vehicle, which gives me access to 24-hour surveillance. That’s a massive advantage, especially if you have a nice car. The motion detection can monitor activity around your vehicle and detect sudden movements or impacts, offering real peace of mind. The only real issues I’ve experienced have mostly been down to user awareness. If you’re going abroad or leaving your car parked for several days, you need to make sure the camera is switched off — otherwise it can drain your battery. I’ve also found that I sometimes need to manually reformat the SD card in the app for it to continue recording properly, although I believe there may be a setting to automate this. One limitation worth mentioning is the crash detection rotation feature. If you’re rear-ended, the camera will rotate toward the point of impact — but by that time, the actual collision has already happened. This means you may not capture the exact moment of impact unless the camera was already angled that way. Because of this, in many cases, you’ll still want a dedicated rear camera for full coverage. Overall, I’d give the camera itself 5 stars for quality and features. However, I’d rate it 4 stars overall because it isn’t truly a full 360° recording system in every situation.

Absolutely love all the safety features, too numerous to mention. From collision detection to the parking sensor capabilities. MaiX makes me feel safe and I can enjoy the drive. Love being able to use the voice control to instantly record any untoward events that may occur that can be used for insurance purposes. Best of all MaiX love the ability to take a selfie 😂 of course not while driving. Would highly recommend the Mai70 360 rotating dash cam to all my friends and family 💙

This is the most advance camera ever. I’ve used 70mai before, but this is next level. Everything is working perfect and the parking mode is also very handy. Now I know that my car is safe all the time. The image quality is very good day and night, easy to set up and use. Value for money. Thank you

I wanted to use the dashcam on my car but have it recording 24x7 (plugging it into a mobile Anker charging brick) for when I left the car unattended for longer periods (like airport parking). Unfortunately Sentry mode won't kick in unless you've got the incar hardwire kit (it used to pre-software update). This seems pointless in limiting this feature as clearly the car battery isn't cable of sustaining charge for longer periods. Really annoying. Otherwise the cam looks good and appears to record well. Like car insurance though, I guess I'll only know how good it really is when I come to really need it..

I love this little dash cam, it looks like a,minion. The smiley face it shows you going along, sad face when not happy, then happy smiley face when ok, and even to get a thumbs up is so cute. Warns you if being too close to the car in front, by speaking to you, "Front Car". So glad I purchased this little dash cam for me and hubby. Down side is - that you shouldn't have to buy any extra wires to go with it, as this item costs enough as it, and that's my only down side, otherwise such a good product.

Hab mir die 70mai Omni zugelegt und bin echt begeistert! Die 360°-Steuerung ist der Hammer. Kein Winkel bleibt mehr ungesehen, das gibt ein mega sicheres Gefühl. Und die Bildqualität? Top! Selbst bei Dunkelheit erkennt man alles Wichtige. Die Installation war super easy und die App ist total intuitiv. Mit dem 4G-Kit läuft die Sache rund um die Uhr, auch wenn das Auto steht. Das Beste ist: Ich kann die Kamera über die App auch aus der Ferne steuern und mir die Aufnahmen in Echtzeit ansehen. So weiß ich immer, was mit meinem Auto passiert. Klar, die Nachtaufnahmen könnten noch etwas schärfer sein, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Für den Preis bekommt man hier echt viel geboten.
