Perfect post workout recovery drink
Great recovery from those intense gym sessions. I use these aminos for recovery and gains after a good lifting routine. They dissolve well with no grit or grain and the fruit punch flavor tastes great and leaves no weird after taste like other brands. Highly recommend.

Great hydration mix!
Great hydration water, lasts a long time. Also, if you don’t drink it the day of the taste isn’t as good, and will leave residue in your water bottle/container.

Love it
I absolutely love this! I will say if you don’t want sweet add more water. I put mine in a 64oz jug and sip throughout the day. There is no bad taste actually tastes like fruit punch as described. And let me say that I have tried all sorts of different brands and things by far the best. 2 in 1 for aminos and hydration. I just love the Animal products. I actually also take their creatine. Keep it the same Animal. Good products a far.

It does what it says
This is very good for when I'm at the gym working out or after it. However, the taste is to strong for my taste. It does help with my energy when I feel I'm done and the texture is good.
