These enzymes are good quality and easy to take. They fit well into my overall suppplement stack. I think if you have any digestive or pain issues, this is a possible supplement to investigate and try out. It is also effective for blood clotting, so make sure it doesn't intereact with any other supplements or medications. I haven't noticed an outright boost of energy or amazing change yet, but with pretty much all supplementation, time will tell. Want to say it was a good purchase, I feel like it did help but it made my vertigo increase, headaches more frequent and also prolonged my menstrual cycle. Could be coincidence but my thyroid levels are back to normal after 3 years. Was it effective? I want to say yes. Would I buy it again? No.
