I sleep on my side and sometimes that bothers my knees and hips, so I thought a pillow like this could help. The fabric truly is cool to the touch and the indents were perfect for comfort. The pillow itself is a little bulky, but I think that would be true of any knee pillow since it’s something I’m not used to and it needs to cradle your leg. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and looking forward to less knee and hip pain!

The pillow was very comfortable and the cooling cover works great. The only issue I had was, as a bigger guy, the pillow squishes down too much. It could be a little firmer.

Love this knee pillow! Lol I was a little concerned when I opened it…it was roiled flat…but it took shape within minutes and is great to use. Best one I’ve ever owned.

Great for between the legs, but the strap is not tight at all and the first time I went to clean the outer cover the zipper broke off. From an extremely disappointed customer, do yourself a favor and invest in a better quality product.EDIT:The Seller has reached out and is helping me resolve this issue. I really like how comfortable this is. I was worried it would be awkward or feel intrusive when I'm trying to sleep. But it's really comfortable and doesn't make me sweat during the night. I've noticed a difference in my back pain since I got this knee pillow.

This pillow is oddly shaped, very boxy and bulky, yet not thick enough to hold my knees apart. It’s very difficult to position it to where it is comfortable and does what it’s supposed to do. If you sleep with your legs stick straight I guess it would work fine, but it doesn’t work well for bent legs unless I jam it all the way up my thighs, which isn’t the point because I need my knees separated, not my thighs.. Maybe it works better for people with longer legs? The middle part is too thin and quickly compresses even further so my knees touch. The strap is too long, even when it’s on the short side, and it doesn’t hold the pillow in place. I thought the strap would be a nice thing, but I actually find it annoying. When I roll to the other side I have to switch legs or I feel the strap under my leg. I’m just going to remove it. The pillow is high quality, exactly like the pictures, and the cover has a nice feel to it. I really wanted to like it, but the shape just doesn’t work for me. It’s better than nothing, though, so I’ll use it until I find one with a better design. Maybe I’ll find another use for it.

I had a total hip replacement and the surgeon suggested a between-the-knees pillow for improved sleep.Boy was he right! I tried household pillows but couldn't land at the best thickness, so took to the Reviews.....The shape of this is just right, keeping your hips in alignment. The strap keeps it in place the way a household pillow just won't; you can turn over and it stays in place! It isn't always as cool as I'd like, but the soft cover is lovely and I won't go without this pillow again.
