Only 2 jump starts so far but man were they easy.

Full charge but no voltage!
Purchased several months ago; only used one time! Smart cable controller apparently went bad and wouldn’t provide voltage to car battery. Sent it back under warranty; was given another but it didn’t work either! Will write off and look for something else!

No charge/used when buying New.
Jumper arrived with no charge. Power cable they provided was micro usb to usb A which neither the jumper or the adapters have micro usb. Packaging made it seem to be in used condition despite buying it as new. Attempting to charge with usb c port didn't seem to do anything, but luckily had a usb A to usb A and it now seems to be charging.
