I’m really disappointed with this product. It completely stopped working after just one month, and I had only used it three times. That’s far below what I would expect in terms of durability and reliability. For something that should last much longer, this feels like poor quality and a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

I like this product as it is the best in its class compared to other brands. I have used some other brands in the past, but none comes as close to this.. it is very useful for woolen silk and satin, but not as good for heavy duty staff which need hard pressing like cotton and linen

I like the product, it helps too much. But I can say "You can't do without Iron". Iron can do the precise ironing especially with trousers.
