Disappointed with Delivery Despite a Good Product
The product itself is good, but the delivery experience was very disappointing. The package did not arrive as scheduled, and although Amazon shows the status as 'Delivered,' no one contacted us regarding the delivery. I had to personally call Transcorp to track the actual status
