I regret I did not buy this brand the first time. BEST to stick, easy to peel off the paper liner. FITS GREAT around the Dexcom. Sticks so well it is a bit hard to get off after day 10.

These are great patches. They are waterproof and will stay on the entire 10 days with my Dexcom 7. These patches are clear which I also like.

These things work great and are super sticky to keep the Dexcom in place. Highly recommend.

Lexcam Adhesive Patches are easy to apply for securing a Dexcom CGM post insertion. Once placed over the device and pressed against the skin, it's not going anywhere. Normal bumps or clothing snags won't risk dislodging the sensor. These patches are transparent and water tight and can be worn with confidence. My issue is that when it's time to replace the CGM, you have to be prepared for a wold of pain. It is seriously very difficult to remove the patch without taking a lot of skin cells with it. Applying baby oil to the patch prior to removal helps to a limited extent, but the process of replacing these patches is exceptionally challenging and downright painful. I have had to stop using them after two CGM replacements because I cannot continue to subject myself to that much discomfort.

I am a relatively new Dexcom G7 user, and it didn't take long for me to discover that I am active enough where I need more than that skinny little patch that Dexcom provides with their sensors if I wanted my sensors to survive the entire time limit. So I tried a couple and was getting discouraged at the results. Enter LEXCAM Adhesive Patches Pre-cut for Dexcom G7. Finally, a patch that works! The most important difference I found was in the thickness - the LEXCAM was thicker and seemed more durable than the others. Also because of this, it was easier for me to apply and get a smooth result. The greatest thing of all is that I can go the entire 10 days with it falling off or even pulling up AT ALL! I literally apply and forget about it. And I snag my sensor quite a bit. Never a problem. Each LEXCAM patch comes in its own individual envelope, so it's easy to get out of the main packaging. And comes with written instructions and suggestions for dealing with skin irritations (spoiler alert: BENADRYL Itch Stopping Gel, Maalox, or Tens Clean Coat Skin Wipes). So if you have had trouble like me finding a good patch that works, please try this one! I don't think it will disappoint!
