I am giving this one star to attract your attention! Dyson will replace and service your device for a flat fee of £90. They use a courier 2/3 day service and return the machine looking like new. Somebody out there is making a very fat profit and if that isnt bad enough am unable to return as no carrier will handle the battery without it being held in the device. Wished i had done some research 😥

It doesn’t hold the charge , I kept it charging for two days and it didn’t charge fully, charge goes empty without any usage once it’s unplugged!!
