Well designed, does job , easy install.

Bought these to finally repair door handles that had been pulled out of hollow doors and repaired numerous times. In terms of doing what they are supposed to, they work perfectly, they have gaps in the threads so you can cut them down to size and worry about not being able to thread them together. I used snips to shorten them by one segment which worked for a standard thickness UK interior “hollow” door. The biggest challenge is drilling the holes through the door straight enough to match up the door handles, likely easier with the door off but with the door in place, a real challenge. Anyway, finally got them fitted and now the handles ar rock solid an unlikely to come loose anytime soon.

Bought them for the door handles, It was a bit fiddly screwing them together but did the job perfectly.

These door handle screws snap off to the length you need. I did bend the odd one while doing this but nearly all my internal handles squeaked because they only had 2 instead of 3 holding the handles. I oiled every door handle reset with 3 in each handle and now it’s do quite when walking through any door. I recommend doing this. It was so easy and well worth the effort.

I wouldn’t of bought them if I had realised How thin they was the head went straight through the screw holes on my internal door handles they arrived quickly but not the size I was expecting

These are so useful when you know what they are for. Basically they are screws that go through the door handle fixing holes to the other side of the door, then the sleeves screw into them. So it's like having a nut and bolt going through the door to secure the handle. Most joiners/carpenters will just use normal screws which are not very strong and will become loose over time - especially during heavy use. You do need to make sure that the handle screws CAN be going straight through, sometimes the lock/latch will not allow this. Another great thing is that they have sort of cut-outs on the screw to make it smaller without damaging the thread - which is nice. Screw head is phillips 2, this is important.
