The clear Silicone Baking Mat were purchased to replace a rubber kitchen sink divider protector, and to serve as surface protector to guard against pot marks on a cast iron white enameled sink. They work great! With two mats, we were able to use one to cover the dual sink divider and the other to line the sink most used.The mats are NOT CUTTING BOARDS. The silicone material is very soft, and using a razor blade, it was easy to cut-out a circle to lay the mat on the bottom of the sink and over the sink drain. The mat covering the divider clings to the cleaned surface and does not move-ever. The sink was scrubbed clean and polished before putting the mats into place.The mats are easy to clean, too. When peeling carrots, the mats take on an orange hue. We scrub them with Soft Scrub with bleach, let it sit for about 10-minutes, and rinse-the mat is clear again.We know our application is not what the mats were intended for, but they work great. Putting dishes in the sink is quiet, too.

I have this under my Keurig coffee maker and it’s a perfect fit - there’s just enough coverage beyond the device’s footprint. It’s absolutely transparent so it lets the beautiful counter shine through. It sticks to the counter but also peels off effortlessly, and the coffee maker doesn’t stick to the mat. I think the $ price is a fine value for two mats that protect my $$$$ counters.

Bought these for my kitchen counters and then stole them for my craft table. I use a lot of heat elements in my crafts and wanted/needed to protect the surface of the table. Easy enough to clean and does not add any color, just protection.

I wanted silicone mats to use for pounding chicken into flatter pieces and this and this mats did the trick. I have been using plastic wrap and decided that practice was not good for the enviornment. Each silicone mat is not huge and they are easy to handle, wash and store. Sometimes, if the chicken piece is small enough, I can fold one sheet over the top of the chicken piece and it is enough to do the job. I am very happy with this purchase.
