Easy to adjust. Look great. Got on offer so amazing price compared to other similar items. Like the lower weight option as would never use all the full range of others. Sturdy build.

First off the fast change of these type of adjustable dumbbells is great. I probably wouldn't have bought them for full price and thought long about it even at reduced price. But they've been an asset for training. Holder seems decently strong. The spin lock/unlock handle works well. The range of weight options is fine.Only issues I've found are that it can be hard to line them back up into the slots when you've removed some. Still a lot faster than a conventional adjustable dumbbell but can need a bit of shuffling in the holder.And the other is that because of the design, where there is a slot missing from the top of the weights (in the holder position), what I've found is in some positions, e.g. lying down with them raised, they want to rotate in the hands so the fuller side is hanging down. Definitely seems to be linked to that design but it's not a massive issue. Enough to drop a star.

I wasn’t expecting much but this was amazing. I bought this for my partner and it is exactly like the picture/video. Super easy to use and doesn’t take up too much space.

I recently started my weight training. As someone who graduated from the 2-4 Kgs, instead of buying a new next set dumbells, I wanted something that's convenient to switch with changing and storage. This perfectly ticked these boxes. It's well made and is easy to switch the weights - the plates then locks/unlocks according to the selected weight option. However, his have several downsides for me as a home user:- Firstly, too bulky for a normal built home user. It won't give you the easy of using single weight dumbbell. So be mindful of that if you want to purchase one.- I don't do my over head lifts with it as I am skeptical that the plates may fall off accidentally. It didn't happened to me but have read a review where it happened to someone else. Therefore I mostly use it for below the head trainings.- Then, there is no option between a 4.5Kg and 7Kg. The options available are 2-4.5-7-9.5-12 Kg. So it was a massive switch for me from 4Kg directly to a 7Kg.- The handles are slippery and you need a good grip.Overall I do like it for the convenience of switching weight and ease of storage, but don't enjoy using it as much as like the single weight dumbbells.

I live in a small flat and wanted a space saving barbell set. These are perfect. They fit between 2 chairs and there is no messing about changing weight.The caddy is plastic but quite strong and the weights are metal with a comfortable plastic grip.It is so easy to change weight for doing different exercises. There is a handy workout chart which highlights the muscle groups each exercise does. I wish I could have 2 sets but this one will do the job.Highly recommend these over the cheaper versions.
