It was almost dried out or stored improperly
I’m really disappointed with this eyeliner. When I opened it, it was almost dried out and felt like it had already been used or stored improperly. The formula was thick and clumpy, making it very difficult to apply smoothly. Definitely not the quality I expected from a new product. This was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Def not “just herbs”
This contains several acrylates which are known to be extremely toxic to skin and eyes and some of the ingredients are known endocrine disruptors. Its got “some” natural ingredients, but “just herbs” is apparently a brand name and not a promise as to content cuz these definitely have chemicals in them. I really wish amazon would add an “ingredients” feature that was mandatory for sellers to provide
