For the money paid for this device, for how easy it is to use, this is a pretty good device. I can see this being useful for checking out hard to reach/see issues for automobiles, as a bore scope, use cases where the issue you are looking for is small and in a confined area. I purchased to send through duct work, inside interior wall channels and it was not so easy for me to get it to do what I wanted and see the entire area. I'm keeping it because I've always wanted one of these and it should do fine for what I've described. Definitely will use it to look inside automobile engine, cylinders/pistons during spark plug changes and for looking at the bore of my milsurp firearms. Hope it lasts! Oh, I have an Android phone. APP installed easily and functioned immediately.

I picked this up to check some hard to reach spots around the house and behind the engine in my car, and it has worked out well. The cable is the nice kind of stiff where it holds its shape when you bend it but still coils up easily for storage. Setup was quick. I plugged it into my phone, downloaded the app, and it was showing a live picture within a couple of minutes. The dual lens is handy for looking around corners, and the LED lights are bright enough that I could actually see what I was doing in dark areas. Image quality is good for the price. My iPhone showed a nice clear picture. The little magnet, hook, and mirror attachments are a nice touch and I have already used the mirror once. For what I paid this has been a solid little tool. Would buy again.

I got the 32 ft version. Used it to find damage to PVC drain line. The light was adequate but not very bright. It cannot fish around corners or go up vertically on its own after about 2 feet its starts to coil up I had to tape it to a ridgid electrician fish line to snake corners of the pipes. The lightening adapter worked great and is compatible with iPad until it broke on day 1. I would say overall it took a beating, even got wet and wire twisted alot and it still worked. Tried the mirror but it wasn't very clear. I will recommend. Just need better quality lightening adapter. I oreded a replacement
