Was recommended this by a friend who used it for a similar purpose. I have bought two and they work well. Just make sure to over spec slightly and you won’t have issues with overheating. Mine run at approx 60-80% capacity for hours without issue. Sometimes I get a bit of a delay between the two turning on from the same switch but not an huge issue. I am slightly concerned about the exposed terminals which small fingers could get into. Will need to find a way to cover these in the near future.

Can’t cope with 3amp
I bought this transformer to cope with 3amp of led cob lighting. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be able to cope, even though it’s rated at 4amp. It works for a period, but then turns on and off, repeatedly, and the unit gets very warm to the touch. Unfortunately it’s being returned.
