Absolutely incredible for the price super comfortable phenomenal Arch support fit perfectly didn't have to trim it all size 10. They are the perfect firmness I highly recommend these for the price you cannot beat them I plan on getting two more sets for my other pairs of Jordans. I threw these ones in my yard work sneakers

I am a server and a bartender so I’m on my feet 60 hours a week. They give me the support. I need not only at the arch of my foot, but in my heals the ball of my feet. I just removed the old insoles of my shoes and these slid right in perfectly. My feet would be hurting so bad by the end of work, but I no longer have that problem with these insoles. I can work twelve hours straight and my feet feel like i haven’t been on them all day. Surprisingly they also helped ease my back pain from standing on hard floors all day.

Fits well based on ssizing provided. Not too hard, in fact it provides firm support for my arches. Very comfortable in my Easy Spirit clogs

For $10 I was impressed with materials used in the insoles. They're nice and thick foam. Have some different density foam in the forefoot that is oddly placed. A good insole for the price if they hold up over time. I would recommend to someone wanting a cheap alternative to a factory insole.

Improved the comfort of my dress sneakers noticeably. I sized by millimeters of shoe for a perfect fit, no trim.

My feet were in pain while wearing these inserts. I tried them with two pair of shoes. The inserts were painful in the heel and ball of my feet. It seems like something inside the inserts (where the yellow objects are locaited in the inserts' photos) was pressing.I used other inserts in each pair of shoes and they felt fine.
