There is a instruction that Warranty has to be activated through QR Code Scan provided with the product within 7 days. I have received the product on 23rd Nov'23 & tried it on 26th Nov'23. But I am getting the notifications as "QR Code expired". That means I am not having any warranty. I have mailed their customer support service dept but no response received from their side. I also tried to call ther custom care phone number but it's totally switched off. So, after buying this product, No support is provided regarding warranty. Really disappointed

The watch was good. But after i dropped the watch and display glass was broken the display still works fine but the touch sensitivity is lost around half of the dial I spoke with brand customer service but surprised to know that they don't have any service support for their smartwatches. They simply suggested to get it repaired in local market. But i am wondering if the required part will be available anywhere? Please keep this fact in mind before buying 🙏

Watch Display is Good especially Rose Gold with Beige Strap look awesome. Touch Response is good for sliding Menu but could have been better for Selecting one. Its very light weight dosent even feels as if wearing anything on wrist. BT voice call is Clear even outdoor and Vibration function on incoming calls is helpfull especially when Outdoor. I haven't used it for long,it got delivered yesterday .....so ,I can only describe it's features but not its performance....as a look wise it's great,,it's very light weight ,,may be because of the aluminium body.... Steel body watch looks more attractive but this one also looks great,,, and the size of the dial is perfect for my hands I was looking for something smaller,and price wise it's worth..it has many clock face you can also download some from its app..and the round key make shuffling so easy without touching the screen .... I wish I could get it's screen protector.
