what is the difference between these c2 and c4 lubes?? and whats c1 and c3?

C1 is chain cleaner. C2 is for road use. C3 is for off-roading. C4 for racing motorsport.

Is the c4 chain lube clear or that horrible white wax ?

Hi, it's clear/off clear, but it's not a wax type lube.

Can you use this on matte helmets?

Funny you should ask that! I've just recently bought a Shoei GT Air II in matt grey and the Motul helmet and visor clean product works on that without any problems. It has no visible effect on the paint finish, apart from cleaning off the dead flies etc!

Safe your money, doesn't work.

Might've done something wrong, but when I put a whole can of this into a punctured motorcycle tyre...well... Nothing really happened. And actually the short instructions didn't seem to suggest that I did anything wrong. So I'd call it a con....pretty much. One of very many on this market I'm afraid. Saw one puncture repair kit in action once as well. Wouldn't rely on it as well tbh. So in the end, just take spare tubes!
