Amazing and easy to make.
Wow, Wow, Wow!! I love this “rice”. Mainly I bought because I love rice pudding and guess what, it is absolutely delicious and just what I wanted. I also made cheesy rice with broccoli and it’s delicious. I would highly recommend. Wish the cost was a little less. The calories are fairly low too. Thank you. I’ve tried other “rice” products and they don’t even come close to this.

Finally a rice I can eat on keto
I’ve been doing keto for a while, and rice has always been the hardest thing to give up. I tried this keto rice for the first time with a one-pot meal (shrimp, broccoli, and butter sauce), and it actually felt like I was eating real rice again. The taste is neutral enough to soak up sauces, and the texture is consistent — not mushy or sticky like cauliflower rice can get. The smell is mild, which I appreciated since some low-carb rice alternatives have an odd aftertaste. It’s not cheap compared to regular rice, but for me it’s worth it because it keeps me on track without feeling like I’m missing out.

Tastes great just way too expensive without a sale
My tastebuds must be very different than anyone else here but this tastes almost like rice. I cooked it in 2 cups of water for a full serving instead of 4, and cooked for about 6-7 minutes. Still a little chewy, so if I cooked for another minute or two longer I’m sure it would be a bit softer. I’m impressed by the texture and taste. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Bought during prime day, and would only buy again when it’s discounted.

Healthy, satisfying way to swap carbs for protein!
My husband is a vegetarian and getting protein in without adding even more calories is difficult. This rice, while not exactly like rice, has a very nice texture and is satisfying as an alterantive. We used it for an indian curry and really loved it. We both got 20 grams of protein and didn't add carbs to the mix. What a great meal!

Cooking is the battle
This stuff is good, I am learning to cook it right and today I just sprinkled a bit of medium cheddar and zapped a cooked and rinsed serving in the microwave to melt the cheese and it did really well, was actually quite tasty and filling. It is not to me like rice, more like Orzo. I can't wait to try the corkscrew shaped ones (I can't remember the name) in any event I think the cooking of the item is a greater challenge but once you get that, its good. I had no smell or taste that was anything. It was good and no guilt.

Perfect for Keto Diet
Is this rice? No, but it mimics the texture and is a perfect vehicle as a side dish for us Keto dieters. I miss rice and used to eat rice everyday and I'm tired of spending so much on $$ on rice alternatives, this is the closest thing I could find that helps bulk my meal and fix my rice craving. It has a lot of fiber so I feel full....definitely eat a smaller portion to prevent being bloated and super gassy. The other reviewer about the farts is true, so eat it in smaller portions and not everyday. I boiled mine with triple amount of liquid to rice for 10min and let it sit for 10min to have it super soft like orzo. I don't like my "rice" crunchy. Boiled it with a savory broth like veg or chicken and onion and garlic powder and salt and it will be delicious. Because it's made out of beans it is has a slight bean flavor almost like hummus or chickpeas but that doesn't bother me..the pros out weigh the cons! I'd rather eat something similar to rice and pasta vs never having it again. Plus it soaks up any flavor or seasonings you add to it. Photo is a taco bowl I made with a fourth of one rice pkg, ground beef, and taco toppings. The price does suck but I get three rice portions out of one package and I don't eat it for every meal!

Pretty good
These are Lupini beans turned into rice sized pellets. They’re kind of cute. They’re tasty, but you don’t wanna have too many of them. They have a good deal of protein and fiber, and they make a nice substitute for rice. Pricey though.

Great low carb alternative to rice
Kaizen is a great low carb alternative. The rice is great to have. The texture isn’t really like regular rice more like a dense pasta but still a good alternative. I know can cause some bowel issues for some, it doesn’t bother me too much, but they are beans… so… I only mark down a star because they are pricey
