I have terribly soft nails. As I've grown older some nails are now splitting lengthwise. Sally Hansen Pro-Gel has been my only solution for many years. My nails don't hurt any longer and can grow. I use the ultraviolet lighting lamp for one minute which hardens and dries the application quickly. Then I use alcohol wipes over the freshly applied top coat which removes the stickiness. I can immediately go about my activities. The application lasts about 2 weeks. I haven't needed to use any chemicals to remove. The natural procession lets it peel of easily at that time only. Love it and praying Sally Hansen will be available forever.

This is the only gel base that actually works and doesn’t peel! It’s expensive but when you’re only doing your nails every few weeks, it’s worth it. The only reason I change my polish is bc I want a different color not bc it chips. This is the best base coat you’ll find!!

This base polish is the best. I start with a Sally hensen nail primer then I add the base then the Sally hansen gel color and gel top coat. Last for more than a week.

I have just used this with an LED lamp also purchased on this website. Polish appears to be doing as it should, I will know in 2 weeks how long it really lasts (I believe it will). And my nails do look extremely nice, HOWEVER I only rated this as liking it, because the instructions on both the base coat and top coat say nothing about what a "nail cleanser pad" is. Nor does the sales ad say you have to have them. After sitting with sticky nails, trying to google what to do, to remove sticky residue[...] Too bad Sally Hansen PRESUMES that everyone has nail cleaning pads, or knows what they are. Then I had to attempt to locate and open bottle to clean nails. Would have been nice to know this up front. Shipping Superfast, much faster than expected. Would buy from this seller again.

I love Sally Hansen gel polish but the base and topcoat just don't seem to prevent chips as well as other brands.

Incredible gel polish manicure at home! As soon as you finish the three steps (base, color, top coat), wipe your nails with rubbing alcohol and they are totally set! It's a game changer. Plus the finish is shiny and gorgeous. I get so many compliments on my manicure all the time.

Love using this base coat along with the top coat. Nail polish lays longer. have purchased multiple times.

Not very happy with this product. I thought my nails would be hard after using these products. I feel it was a waste of money. I might as well have bought ordinary nail polish

Product works great on natural nails.

I still use the Sally Hansen gel polish system...step 1, 2 and 3. And this product becomes harder to find now that the new one step process has been introduced. I have tried both and still feel the original 3 step holds longer and is more durable.

I love the product but I wish there was more colors!! This product always come out beautifully. Luv it!
