Beautiful chair
First off, the product arrived beautifully packaged, complete with all the tools and instructions needed to put it together. It took me about half an hour to an hour to assemble, and the instructions were super easy to follow. Now that I’ve been using this chair for a few days, I’ve noticed that I can sit for long periods of time gaming without any lower back pain, all thanks to the lumbar support. The headrest and tilt tension are a lifesaver, allowing me to sit back and relax. Overall, this chair feels premium and well-built. Plus, it comes with a three-year warranty, which is great for peace of mind.

A decent quality once you've settled in
This chair is well-designed and feels very sturdy, and feels really good quality. Assembly was a breeze — all the nuts and bolts arrived clearly labelled, and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It took very little time to get everything set up. Materials used feel premium and castors glide smoothly across the floor. It’s also highly adjustable, with mechanisms that make it easy to tailor the chair to suit the individual. The simplicity of the adjustment systems means multiple users can switch in and out with minimal hassle. Reclining is a particular strong point. When leaning back, the chair offers noticeably better lumbar support, and the headrest shifts into a more comfortable position. It’s supportive and stable, even for heavier users (around 130kg), and feels dependable even when fully reclined. The lumbar support is surprisingly good. Although I usually prefer a locked setting over a spring-loaded one, this design works well and offers a decent level of support once you’ve got used to it and means when you recline you don't need to also adjust the lumbar support because it just adjusts with you. At 5'10", I first thought the headrest sat a little low for me. But after a couple of weeks now I think i've adjusted to the chair, along with my posture (for the better) so now seems much better. The armrests are really easy to move around and means when im slouching or leaning its really easy to adjust them to a comfy position. Overall, this is a high-quality chair with thoughtful features and excellent ease of use. It’s probably best suited to users multi-user settings and worth noting that the premium materials do mean its quite heavy

Comfortable and supportive
This is a modern mesh office chair. I find it a little harder than my old office chair but the mesh is actually very comfortable and the lumbar support works well. This chair is quite big and heavy and could support larger people. I'm 5'7" and small/meduim build and it's ok for me but would easily suit much larger people. The lumbar support mechanism is a bit unusual in the way it moves when you recline but I found that for me it works well and much better that my old chair which had a fixed lumbar support. The wheels is comed with don't work well on thick carpet but the manufacturer was kind enough to provide replacement rubber wheels on request and for free which work well. It's solidly built and should last for many years I think. The only things they could so better would be to allow the arms so be fixed rather than constantly rotating and allow the chair to recline a bit more.

very comfortable chair for the price
When my last lock down office chair fell apart I settled on this one to replace it. Its a good solid item and fairly heavy so like others advise to assemble in the room it will be used in if possible. There are some YouTube review videos that also show assembly but the instructions in the pack are fine. They also provide extra nuts and bolts so dont worry if you have a few spare at the end. I opted for a mesh chair this time as my last faux leather one was less comfortable in hot weather. This mesh gives very good support and more than might be anticipated from the images. The back rest does take a bit of getting used to, but after a little time using the chair I really like how it adjusts to the small of your back. The gas lift has the usual up and down but you can also lock the chair in a fixed position or in a recline mode where leaning back allows you to gently recline backwards. The seat back adjusts up and down with a good range of settings. The arms adjust up and down but the sideways adjustment is quite loose so the arms do move around, not when sitting but if you knock them. This doesnt bother me as i like being able to adjust the direction of the arm rests to different angles. There is also a neck rest, which looked a bit gimmicky to me but actually gives good support if needed. We have Herman miller chairs at work, and i find this one as comfortable as those but at a much more reasonable price.

SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair - Very Comfortable Chair and Customer Service has been Great
I bought the SIHOO Doro C300 Ergonomic Office Chair in late November 2023. It came very well packaged and was easy to assemble. Once in use I found it very comfortable and I was impressed with the solidity of the chair. Unfortunately, in February I found the left arm had failed at the joint of the arm rest and contacted Sihoo to see what they could do. I received a prompt response requesting further information about the failure, which I answered with a short video to show the problem. They immediately came back with a promise to replace the whole arm, which I received a few days later. Replacement was easy, requiring 2 bolts to be unscrewed and re-fixed. During this period I also queried an issue I had when I first got the chair - the chair lift movement was a little restricted and did not work well with my rise and fall desk. I had to maintain the desk at its lowest level and the chair at its highest. The answer was a suggestion to find a replacement gas lift that met my requirements and that they would put £25 towards the replacement. After careful measurement I found a replacement gas lift for £21 and ordered it. I had a refund of this almost by return. When I came to fit the new gas lift I found the original was fully stuck in the chair feet 'spider'. I tried using a pipe wrench and a sledge hammer but could not remove it. Sihoo sent me a replacement 'spider' and I refitted the chair feet and the new gas lift - took me under an hour to complete. Now the chair is working fine and I have movement on both the chair and the desk to be able to find a comfortable position. During this experience Sihoo answered all my emails promptly and gave every assistance. The whole issue was cleared within half a month, including the deliveries. I have been very pleased with the response I received from SihooOffice.

A huge and uncomfortable disappointment
I have not regretted enough having bought this chair. I wasted a sizable amount of money for the most uncomfortable desk chair I have had in my entire life (and I bought it 9 months, ago, mind you) Is it solid? Yes. Does it serve its purpose? NO. Design is horrendous. The back rest and the lumbar support are what annoyed me the most. I actually ended up with dorsal spinal pain because the chair is CONSTANTLY PUSHING YOU FORWARD. Therefore, you are not resting your back against it, you are constantly fighting the back"rest". The lumbar support is the first one that kicks you out; it's too "vigorous", it might be suitable for someone with hyperlordosis, but not for normal human beings. Furthermore, the seat is equally annoying. The set positions are very fiddly (good luck finding where the position should be set) and the neutral position, is again, like most of this chair, pushing you out of it. I am terribly frustrated. I paid a huge amount of money for this chair under the promise that it is unbeatable. I gave it as many good attempts as I could, but after 10 minutes of sitting here I didn't want to be in front of my desk anymore. What a huge disappointment. In summary, it's £300 down the drain.

Simple design, adjustable and comfortable
Bought this chair in the prime day sale, it's of good quality with a fabric mesh so it doesn't get uncomfortably hot in the current heat wave we're having in the UK. The chair operates on a simple click adjustment mechanism where you need to fully set it to the maximum position to effectively reset it and then click to your preferred height, depth and tilt. Putting it together took about 30 minutes. It comes more 'flat packed' then other chairs I've had on the past (Secret Lab, Noble Chairs). My only downer for me is that my cats are already thinking it's a new scratch toy. If you have cats consider they may like the fabric too much. I'm having to use a cover when I'm not around to make sure they don't destroy it.

Great chair, great support.
I bought this chair for my son, who has a bad back. He finds it very comfortable for long periods. We did experience an issue with the lumbar support, but the SIHOO support team provided a replacement chair back without any problems. Recommended.
