A decent quality once you've settled in
This chair is well-designed and feels very sturdy, and feels really good quality. Assembly was a breeze — all the nuts and bolts arrived clearly labelled, and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. It took very little time to get everything set up.Materials used feel premium and castors glide smoothly across the floor. It’s also highly adjustable, with mechanisms that make it easy to tailor the chair to suit the individual. The simplicity of the adjustment systems means multiple users can switch in and out with minimal hassle.Reclining is a particular strong point. When leaning back, the chair offers noticeably better lumbar support, and the headrest shifts into a more comfortable position. It’s supportive and stable, even for heavier users (around 130kg), and feels dependable even when fully reclined. The lumbar support is surprisingly good. Although I usually prefer a locked setting over a spring-loaded one, this design works well and offers a decent level of support once you’ve got used to it and means when you recline you don't need to also adjust the lumbar support because it just adjusts with you.At 5'10", I first thought the headrest sat a little low for me. But after a couple of weeks now I think i've adjusted to the chair, along with my posture (for the better) so now seems much better. The armrests are really easy to move around and means when im slouching or leaning its really easy to adjust them to a comfy position.Overall, this is a high-quality chair with thoughtful features and excellent ease of use. It’s probably best suited to users multi-user settings and worth noting that the premium materials do mean its quite heavy

Great chair as an all rounder
The chair is excellent, the mesh is high quality and very breathable, making it really comfortable to sit in for long periods. You can adjust it into so many different positions, which is great for both work and relaxation. Really impressed with the design and overall build quality. Highly recommend!

Extremely comfortable
I got this chair while setting up my home office and it has been the best office chair I've ever owned. It being made of mesh is really great now that there's a heatwave, plus it looks amazing.Fully recommended!

Good recliner mechanism
At last I have a chair that is virtually noiseless when reclining, no more clanking or creaking! As importantly the chair is comfortable for long periods of time sitting down, was easy to build and well made so overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Comfy but bad quality.
Update Again: got replacement chair from initial and after not even half a year the arm has gone wobbly on one side, do not buy from this brandNote: customer service was good they offered a full refund added a star for that, originally 2. The overall shape with lumbar support does make it comfy to sit on I wont lie. Although after a week it’s creaking and making noises like it’s being used for over a year. The feet and legs are cheap and low quality and it is no way near a £300 chair.Im a below average size male and would not reccomend for anyone taller than 5 foot 9 as it is quite small but good size for someone smaller like me. If I was to reccomend anything spend an extra 1-200 to get a refurb herman miller if you want a real good quality that will truly last.

Simple design, adjustable and comfortable
Bought this chair in the prime day sale, it's of good quality with a fabric mesh so it doesn't get uncomfortably hot in the current heat wave we're having in the UK.The chair operates on a simple click adjustment mechanism where you need to fully set it to the maximum position to effectively reset it and then click to your preferred height, depth and tilt.Putting it together took about 30 minutes. It comes more 'flat packed' then other chairs I've had on the past (Secret Lab, Noble Chairs). My only downer for me is that my cats are already thinking it's a new scratch toy. If you have cats consider they may like the fabric too much. I'm having to use a cover when I'm not around to make sure they don't destroy it.

Solid and heavy office chair
My previous home office chair lasted less than three years as the gas cartridge (?) refused to hold the chair up under my weight (100kg). This time I did some more research and decided to pay a bit more - the last one was £150 and buy a chair rated to 150kg. This one is on sale at £329 but, as a brought a 2nd described as 'used', I only paid £260. Hard to tell how it has been 'used' as it seems brand new.Slightly fiddly to put together in parts - you really need two people when attaching the arms rests to the back attachment. Other than that simple and well described with all the bits (and spares) clearly labelled. The chair itself is heavy and clearly a step up from my previous chair. It's comfortable (so far). If i had one criticism, its that the headrest is a bit low (I'm 6ft).Happy with the purchase.
