My doctor recently recommended that I take Ashwagandha after my saliva cortisol test revealed both too high and too low cortisol levels depending on the time of day.... I was frazzled and feeling extremely stressed out as a Frontline Healthcare worker after a year plus of this pandemic and I guess the stress really got to me because it got to the point where I was barely sleeping or if I fell asleep after days of barely no sleep I woke often around 2-3 am with heart palpitations and adrenaline surges and couldn't get back to sleep. I was on edge, jumpy and jittery, startling easily to loud noises and having terrible mood swings, adrenaline rushes and basically became pretty miserable to be around. Thank goodness I see a good integrative med doc who recognized the signs and knew what to check for and he recommended this supplement. I have had great success with the toniq brand for my other issues and I take a lot of supplements for my chronic medical conditions. This one has been a real life saver for me within the first week of dosing my heart rate lowered, I began sleeping again I felt less on edge and now that I'm down two full bottles of treatment (taking 2 caps a day in the evening after dinner) I feel so so much more normal again. I can't thank this company enough for making great quality supplements and for keeping pricing affordable for the quality they have. I'm truly grateful.

I first heard about Toniiq back in May but I never really took supplements other than omega-3 fish oil and a vitamin d supplement. I'm black so I've to get vitamin d even though I'm outside a substantial amount of time and live in Florida, I still think I should supplement VD to get adequate amounts daily. That aside, I heard about Ashwagandha in October and I decided to order from you guys because I like your story and I like what you're doing in the health and fitness world and I support it. One day, I might even be able to partner with you guys and support the company. I did alot of research on the product and mostly got it for the testosterone boost. I know that I'm already a stallion, but not harm in having a boost. I've never seen testosterone hurt anyone. The product was delivered to me on the 23rd of October and I started using it on the 26th. At first I didn't feel anything from it. I think that just because my body processes new supplements slowly. Very slowly. But then, the 6th of November came. This was a particularly stressful day for me, but that evening it just popped in my head to self-evaluate and I immediately noticed that even though the day was full of work and was arduous, I was calm. My nerves weren't on edge and I felt extremely focused on whatever task I had on hand. I've never felt this calm before, even though I meditate daily. It feels amazing to be calm but focused at the same time. It's improved just about everything that I do to this day and I think this product is a big contributor to my focus. I believe that the decrease in stress and the testosterone increasing properties of this product have helped me improve quite a bit in such a short amount of time and I see myself only improving from here.

This may be good for calming the system, and maybe I'm in the minority here; but this made me itch all over like crazy! It's been two days since I stopped taking it and I'm still itching with no idea when this itching will subside. I do feel calm, but this itching is unbearable. It may not have the same side effects for all, but the itching is too much to bear. Calomine lotion and over the counter anti itch did little to provide relief. Start slow and stop at first signs of itching. Changed from a 1 star to 3 star review because I didn't think it was fair to the product simply because I had a bad reaction. I know since I stopped taking it, my heart rate went up from 61 to 63 since I stopped taking it. My heart rate was previously 66 and came down to 61 when I started taking it. BTW, the itching is almost stopped, so 4 days. I will try this again, but will start with 1/2 a capsule and go from there. I'll update as this journey goes along. I have now updated to a 5 star review. After two weeks on one capsule, this is the best ashwaganda I've used. The itching has gone away and using one capsule does enough to keep me nice and calm during the day. This is a winner for those under chronic stress. I hope I can get in a second dose before bed to help me sleep.

I don’t understand why doctors don’t use this to treat people. It’s amazing! Once I hit 30, Ive been dealing with hormone imbalance. With that has come exhaustion, mood swings, depression, I’ve been living with a dark cloud over my head that was just suffocating my world. Then I had a terribly traumatic experience with a pregnancy, where I ended up in emergency surgery. Going through that, plus the other things Id already been dealing with. Just sent me spiraling down hard and fast. I went from wanting to divorce my husband and wanting to be put out of my misery, to loving my husband and wanting to live. Within just two weeks of taking this. I have more energy, that dark cloud that use to infect my world is gone. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. Im happier, I do believe it has increased my oxytocin production. I don’t believe in antidepressants (for me). I believe in self healing, vitamins, spiritual healing, etc. Im just so thankful for this. My family notices a complete change. Thank you so much.
