Useful adjunct to syrup
These are great to carry round in between daytime doses of cough syrup. I like the taste and the fact that they are not boiled sweets but gummies. They help along with the liquid remedies and seem quite effective

Awful taste
The pastilles may or may not work; they honestly taste so disgusting that I only managed 2 of them. I’m usually pretty hardcore with yucky meds, but these I draw the line at! The flavour is so unusual, but it’s one that will stay with me for all the wrong reasons.

After suffering from a Tickly Cough for over 2 weeks I was advised my a chemist at Boots to purchase this product.Over the Counter the product would of cost me £6, compared to the discounted purchase on Amazon.Upon first suckling the pastille I noticed a hideous taste, one which you would not get use to or desire like other "cough sweets" but shortly after I got use to the taste. It's advised to take one or two every four hours and within 2 days of taking these my cough disappeared whereas all other medication I tried did not work!5* for Bronchostop, definitely going in my medicine cabinet for future use!

Helps keep coughing to minimum!
Love these! Got these the first time I was in London and was sick. All we could find at the airport pharmacy. They have a strong thyme flavor but I don't mind that. I take one especially at night, stick it to the top of my mouth and it basically dissolves over many hours but it really keeps my coughing at bay so my hubby can sleep. So glad we can get them on Amazon! They really work for me. I now keep a stock at our home all the time.
