Fun project! Worth the work!
This was my first miniature build and it was fun! It was very overwhelming at first and took a while to get the hang of it, but don’t let it scare you away! I even attempted the lighting and unfortunately missed a step so I couldn’t get it to work, but I was proud of myself for actually getting the wires attached and working in the first step! Looking forward to building another just to get it lit.I think the directions were pretty well done, but could have been even better- more explanation or pictures- but they are pretty good for all of the fine detail. Looking at the assembly progression photos really helped me put it all together. I needed to use my fine point craft scissors for this one, and my needle nose pliers and definitely my hot glue gun for some of the parts, so be prepared for that. This thing is so cute and fits perfectly on any shelf or mantel! I’m excited to display mine and show everyone all the tiny little things I built!I’d say the hardest part was getting the wires to bend in the correct ways- my table, chairs, and barstools all came out super wonky because of the wire not bending just right. I guess that’s the difference between a beginner and a professional! But I’m definitely a beginner and thought this whole thing was very doable. Just takes a lot of time and patience. It probably took my 15 ish hours maybe?? That’s a total guess. Anyway, such a fun project!! Worth the work!

The perfect craft to pass time! Super cute design!
Really cute design and I loved putting it on my bookshelf!! Me and my friend worked on it for about a month to finish building it. For the most part, it has been super fun, but sometimes the instructions were lacking, so it took us a bit of time to figure everything out. The final build looks awesome and it is super high quality! Highly recommend for all my fellow book nerds.

This Cozy Kitchen is Adorable
A very fun and involved kit. Im used to building book nooks but this is a bit different with how its laid out. So if you can build those, this will won't be a problem. Just a bit more patience is required for the smaller pieces.

Lots of tiny details
I did enjoy putting this together, but suspect it was a bit ambitious for my first attempt. I went off book quite a bit. The directions were not great but YouTube videos helped. Ultimately I chose to skip or ignore a lot of the “build this by twisting wire then adhere cardboard/stickers/individual petals. Basically several items were a pain and didn’t look great completed anyway. I also found the finished look busy and chose to pare down a lot. I added a few things and left off several other things, but it was fun to build.

I still love them!
I am a huge fan of these guys and I'm noticing that every set will have it's pros and cons.Though this set is worth the purchase, some obstacles I came across with this set were: the glue, instructions and some of the structure. The instructions were a bit confusing for me as some of the visuals would show different products or show products that look the same. I notice that when you put A and B together, the instructions showing how to put C and D together to connect to A & B, the picture of A and B is gone. Hope that makes sense!I advise to use a hot glue gun or your own glue as the glue included in the set made me feel sick once some fell on my skin. (They do have a warning about it being on the skin but how can you really avoid that? :) )The structure was another problem. You REALLY need a cutter or something sharp to remove the wooden pieces or else it can crack and/or break in half. Even chip! Don't push too hard, these pieces are somewhat fragile.Aside from all of this, it was a successful build and I will keep buying from them because I love them and there sets are awesome sauce!

So fun
Why did you pick this product vs others?:First time doing a rolife kit and it came out so beautiful. Comes with all the tools needed. Instructions were clear, and pieces were easy to remove. I did have to sand down a lot of the pieces to fit correctly without fear of breaking the small pieces. And I do think the stickers are a bit weak for sticking all the furniture to the store so I used tacky glue for longevity. Other than that, it was a challenging but rewarding experience. Would buy another kit.

Fun but sometimes impossible
I don't know if the person who designed this DIY is a professional miniaturest or if they never actually tried to do this themselves, but there is a lot of parts to this house that you will just torture yourself if you actually try to do it the way the steps tell you to. Building complex links with 8mm long tiny wires for example, or building complex baskets or railings by trying to glue wires together. Seriously have you tried gluing 2 wires together? They don't hold. It doesn't work. The glue they give you is strong, but it leaves strings of glue and sometimes they attach to tiny little parts that haven't hardened yet and it can ruin your work when you accidentally pull them apart. Not an easy, fun, do it in a couple afternoons sort of assembly.

The most fun
Oh my gosh! I loved doing this project!!! It was the first time I've done a miniature kit and I had a great time! You do EVERYTHING except for painting. It is overwhelming at first but once you lay everything out and take a look at what you have it makes so much more sense.I couldn't get the light to work so I didn't bother with that. The kit still looks cute without it.Measuring is a must on a few things so best to have a ruler available. They did provide the glue and the tweezers (which you absolutely need) however I grabbed my cricut tweezers and was more successful with those because they are super pointed and metal. The glue kept sticking to my plastic ones. For the glue, it works great however try to cut the hole small enough so that you don't get a ton of glue coming out at once. I got a little carried away and there are glue strands everywhere. And I had yo wash my hands really well because it was all over them. BUT I really did have the most fun. I spent about 12 to 14 hours on the project from start to finish and finished it in one day because I had to; couldn't put it down. Highly recommend putting this piece together!
