Q: What connection type is the charger, micro usb or usb-c?

It is not USB-C... its micro USB. I dont know why their own shop lied.

Q: I want to use it just for the headphones. how can the microphone (not the audio) be muted?

If you don't call, the mic won't work. The mic cannot be muted during a call.

Q: I have bought these 2x and my microphone doesn’t work great people complain i sound muffled. also i’m down to one earbud tip. can i exchange?
