This is 2nd set for me. I recently suffered a very bad strained ligament in my left ankle and foot. I also did the same with my left arm and wrist. The swelling in my ankle was the size of a tennis ball. I ordered a set of these right away as a normal wrap bandage wasn't giving me the support I needed. When the swelling subsided to the size of a golf ball I started using these so I could walk and not struggle. They work beautifully! They are strurdy, easy to put on. am 5'2" and weigh 150 so I bought size medium. I am a senior so getting the sock part off was a bit of a struggle with one hand. I bought a 2nd set to use on my left arm up to just below my elbow. Even though these are designed for feet they work wonders on wrists!When my accident first happened I could not grip anything with my left hand. It took a week before my grip came back. The pain I was having in my arm has improved.I am a walker. I walk 3 to 4 times a day. I count my steps and I walk 4k to 10k day to reach 1 million by Dec 1. This ankle brace allowed ne to gradually resume my full routine and routes after 10 days of use. I recommend these for ankles and wrists! Amazon did not have a wrist support suitable for me.

I fell & broke my 5th metatarsal in my right foot in the spring & had to be placed in an immobilizer cam boot, no walking or driving.This was recommended as I transition from the immobilizer to walking in a shoe as I progress through physical therapy. This provides the needed support walking around in my apartment as I adjust to using my foot again after 5 months of immobility. Other braces with a hard side support would've placed pressure on the area of the break.This sleeve gives the perfect compression & the adjustable velcro strap can be placed in areas to not press on the healing break.Was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 in the package as now I have an extra one while I wash the used one.Great product. Great fit. Highly recommend.Only advice: make sure that when you place the velcro it is on the strap- not the sleeve, it will pull the sleeve.

I had 5 impact fractures and a sprained ankle. This has been very supportive in both areas, but especially my ankle. I finally feel like I’m not going to roll my ankle easily. Only gave it 5 starts because the Velcro can’t touch the sleeve part or it can ruin the sleeve. It’s a little difficult to keep them separate at times and that’s been a tad frustrating. Otherwise very happy with it

I would wear these a few years ago when I sprained my ankle. I had practices for Winter Guard starting soon and bought these so I could do the dance and my ankle could have extra support while doing it. I ordered another pair recently so I could use them like extra cushiony socks for my job where I'm on my feet all day. They worked pretty well when I sprained my ankle on August 27th in 2022 and recently when I just needed extra cushioning for work and for walking.

The support feels okay, but overall, this was not my best Amazon purchase.I ordered a medium based on the company's size chart and they are definitely too big for my size 6/6.5 feet. Only 3 of my toes stick out and it takes some finagling to get the heels/arch in the right spot.I hoped to be able to adjust the straps for arch support, but I found it hard to get it right. It felt like when I adjusted the tension, it only really affected how tight it is on the back of my ankle.Although the feel and cushion of the fabric is great, it also snags incredibly easily. I had them on for less than an hour when they somehow got caught on smooth wood floors. The resulting run made a nice hole.Would not recommend.

I broke my fifth metatarsal in my left foot and during my recovery, I was primarily in a boot to get around. There were times I was just around the house and didn't want to be in my boot. And while this did not provide identical support to a walking boot for a broken foot, it did provide enough support to allow me to gingerly walk around the house. Compression around the foot and ankle were tight enough to feel supported but not too tight to cut off circulation. The additional velcro straps add a nice level of support as well.

I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago and needed something more lightweight that would support my ankle, but still fit inside my shoes. This sleeve did both of those things so I like it. Just be careful to not get the Velcro stuck to the actual sleeve because it will get stuck and ruin the material some once you pry it off. Other than that, it’s still a great product.

I really like this ankle wrap, I got a large and it provides good support and easy to put on and wrap.

Plus cour que montré,très epais se qui peut être positif comme négatif selon la personne qui dit epais nuit aux mouvements mais bon suport. Comme il es très cour ceci nuit vraiment à la démarche rechercher. Prendre plus grand n'est pas une solution car (ravalerait) ferait des plis au même endroit ne tiendrai pas aussi bien.

Acheter pour un voyage en avion. Je n’ai pas utilisé les élastiques. Le manchon était suffisant. Très confortable. Tissu est doux et juste assez serré. Lavage à la machine et séchage à l’air libre. Je pense en acheter une autre paire pour le support que le manchon donne à ma cheville.
