Great lights that are easy to install with even, bright light
The media could not be loaded. We bought these lights for our coat closet and pantry. They have no lights built in and no easy way to connect a wired light.Initially, the lights seemed small but match the measurement in the listing. They were charged overnight and installed the next day.The coat closet is a split-folding door and is under the stairs so the "ceiling" is angled. I installed it on this angled area facing the door. (I've attached a video of how it works) The lights point downwards. The small metal plates at the ends have 3M adhesive attached. All you have to do is attach the plates to the built-in magnetic areas of the light, remove the plastic backing, and then press the light in the area you want. I cleaned the area first with some rubbing alcohol and let it dry for a 30 minutes before installing. The wall is typical household drywall covered in latex paint. I pressed the light in place, pushed on the magnetic ends for about 30 seconds, then removed the light so the metal plates would adhere properly, about an hour. Then attached the light.A week in, no issues with the metal plates falling off. Seem to be on very well and the fixture is fairly light. We've very happy with the closet now lit up really well. Light has a good spread and fills the small closet exactly like we were hoping. These function very well, seem well designed and built, and a decent value. Highly Recommended.

Love the different levels of functionality and 'low profile'!
I purchased two (2) sets of two lights ... so four (4) lights total and one of THE BEST set of lights I've found! To clarify, I live in an older apartment where "good lighting" is rare, so I divided the lights to accommodate different 'problem' areas. One set is in my make-shift office area - it's a small space, quite closed-in and as such - pretty dark, especially at night. There's just enough room for my laptop, a paper notebook, a cup for some pens/pencils and a wall outlet for access to power - basically a make-shift space inside a closet. In that area, I put two of the lights on the underside of my 'overhead' cabinet and it's made a great positive change! Specifically, my eye strain is MUCH reduced (thank you!) and I can easily switch them off when I'm not working or switch them to motion activated when I get home late from work and just need to set something on the make-shift desk. Further, I can easily recharge the lights _from_ my laptop with the cables provided (unexpected bonus use of my USB ports!)The other set I further divided ... one light is centered on the underside of the shelf in my dark laundry area (another modified closet) - the shelf over the older washer & dryer I have. By centering, now I can more easily 'see' the dials on my washer and dryer and it's set to 'motion activated' - that light stays lit while I'm starting, transitioning or ending loads (I love it). The low profile makes the physical light/device almost invisible in that tight space - a huge plus when manipulating wet clothes. Finally, the other individual light is centered over the washing area of my kitchen sink - that light is centered on the underside of an overhead cabinet also. Why? I noticed that I was 'missing' some spots n washing dishes, or cooking pots and the light really helps there. Now I can 'see' spots I used to miss, BEFORE I miss them, and I'm not having to rewash (waste of water)! One key to this light being a good fit for me is again, the low profile. As my kitchen is divided, central and viewable from almost every other area of the apartment, the low profile of this light, it's not a major detractor or distraction - from this obvious shared space.Again - one of THE BEST set of lights I've found.Oh! About recharging - that will honestly depend upon how much you use them. The ones in my office - I've had to recharge more than the lights in use in the laundry and kitchen areas. But, for me, it's been super easy to roll that into my routine/schedule.

Perfect for the job!
This light is plenty bright and the movement sensor works great. If I were to make a recommendation then I would make the magnets a little more robust.

love
i have their original version and bought this new updated version when i needed more. the biggest selling point for me is how the light is angled away so that it shines more on the contents instead of glaring in your face when you open the door. i'm only 5'1.5" so depending on how high i place them, the light is still going to shine somewhat in my eyes but these make it less so. they are very easy to install, well made and last a good while in between charges. and because they are magnetic, they are easy to take off to charge and put back up after fully charged again. my only suggestion is i wish they had one cord with 3 chargers so that i only had to plug one thing in to charge them all up.

Great Idea…Terrible product.
I purchased these lights for the kitchen countertops and installed them underneath cabinets. 1) The battery life is very short for active areas. Charge lasted less than a week. 2) After the lights ran out of battery, the red charging light never came on after being plugged in. 3 out of the 5 ordered malfunctioned within a week of being used.Installation was a breeze, as advertised and might work best in inactive areas of the home, like closets. But don’t waste your time or money on this product for active, high volume areas.

Beautiful bright light!!!
My closet has no overhead lighting which absolutely ruins the vibe of the wardrobe and makes it nearly impossible to see! We’ve tried a few kinds of motion ones, like the strips you stick but those are annoying if you can’t get them perfectly in the right spot. These lights get every nook and cranny and really lighten up everything! You can see how dark it is in that closet in first picture! Battery hasn’t died yet on me and i open the wardrobe a couple times a day to grab accessories or put them away! Motion sensor works well too. Great quality for the price and the sticker stays on the ceiling of my wardrobe super well!

GREAT IDEA; BUT MAGNETIC STRIP TAPE AND MAGNETS ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH
I JUST WOULD WANT A BETTER ADHESION SYSTEM; IT WONT STAY PUT WITHOUT EVENTUALLY FALLING OFF OR DOWN ON HEAD !! WONT STAY PUT VERY LONG; OTHERWISE A GREAT CLOSET LIGHT CONCEPT.
