I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this little helicopter is to use.The remote only needs three AAA batteries, and once those are installed, it’s basically ready to go.I especially like the automatic takeoff and landing button on the controller.It makes getting started much easier and is a nice feature for kids or anyone who hasn’t used an RC helicopter before.It flies nicely indoors and is a fun way for kids to spend some time.The controls are simple enough to learn quickly, but there’s still enough control to make flying it enjoyable.If you plan to use it outside, I would definitely choose a calm day.The helicopter is very lightweight, so even a moderate breeze can push it off course.Another thing I appreciated is that it comes with spare rotor blades and a few other small replacement parts.With toys like this, small accidents are going to happen sooner or later, so having basic spare parts included is genuinely useful.It’s a fun and easy-to-use RC helicopter, especially for indoor use.The automatic takeoff and landing feature and the included spare parts make it a better package than I expected.

This RC helicopter is a lot of fun and surprisingly easy to control, even for beginners. The altitude hold feature makes flying much more stable, and the LED light modes look great, especially indoors. Having two batteries is a huge plus and provides plenty of flight time before needing to recharge. A fantastic gift that keeps kids entertained for hours!

I’ve been in the RC hobby for about 4 decades now and I’ve been looking for an RC helicopter that I can pass on the hobby to my daughters. This is a great model!The helicopter seems well built and durable. I did not read the directions and was able to get the helicopter flying in the air as everything seemed intuitive. The battery slipped in the helicopter nicely. We flown the helicopter for a total of 45 minutes. The helicopter crashed several times under my 4 and 5 year old’s control, yet the helicopter remains undamaged. The battery life is rated at 15-17 minutes each, I was able to get about 16 minutes of flight time, including several take offs and landing, before I got the red flashing battery low light. Knowing I had an extra battery was a great plus. The charger can charge 2 batteries at the same time using just 1 usb port. That is also a great plus.When I flew the helicopter, it was very stable. The helicopter stayed true to its alignment in all axis and did not require any trim adjustments. The stability is comparable to my other helicopters that cost several hundreds of dollars, but only with this helicopter, I can crash several times without damaging the helicopter. As soon as the helicopter main blades senses resistance, it stops and prevents further damage. This is the perfect toy to introduce my young daughters to fly helicopters because it is both stable and very durable.There are drawbacks to the helicopter, inherent to all helicopters, and that is the blades themselves that can hurt children if it is flown near their faces or open skin. Therefore, adult supervision is a must. I’ve flown the helicopter into me purposely, and with normal clothing, did not cause a scratch to my skin. The second drawback is that this is not a 3D helicopter, meaning it does not have collective pitch and therefore, cannot fly upside down.There are two cool features on the helicopter. The first is a button that changes the color on the helicopter. That feature was a great hit with the kids. The second feature is equally impressive, auto takeoff and landing!Overall, this is a great little toy to give to the kids and they should pick up the flying pretty quickly. Thus far, if I was going to pick a helicopter to someone who has never flown a helicopter, this would be my number 1 pick!

We gave this helicopter to our 71/2 year old grandson. He quickly mastered flying it. The helicopter comes with two rechargeable batteries which is good because each one yields about 15 minutes of flying time before it needs recharging. He and I found it to be easy to fly, but the controls do not always elicit a smooth response. For example, during descents the helicopter drops quickly rather than a slow controlled descent. The helicopter seems to be well-built and it has survived numerous accidents. Overall I think it is of good value for the money.

Works flawlessly. It is made for indoor use only as stated in description. DO NOT USE OUTDOORS. The sun messed with the Infer red controller and you will loose all control of helicopter which happens to any infer red controlled helicopter. This thing is great people just don’t know how to read products descriptions. Indoor use only.

My son is 10 and loves remote helicopters but has had a lot of trouble flying other similar brands. This has a lot of neat features that make for a much more enjoyable time using it. The features definitely will help this last longer because of the auto hover and landing features. It’s easy to maneuver around which is very unlike all of the others we have had in the past. My son had a lot of trouble with the others, constantly running them into the walls or crash landing it to the ground or the floor. In comparison this was way easier to fly and control. The lights and ability to change colors with the lights are also awesome features. Overall it’s a really fun toy and it is good for beginners or younger kids who are ready for flying toy helicopters. This is for sure the one to try for starting out, with all the features it’s much less frustrating to fly and I'm positive it will last longer by him not being so prone to crashing it. I think he had one or two small crash landings before he figured all the buttons out, but it didn’t break and is still as good as new. It comes with more than one battery which is also great, once the first one dies you have a back up to keep playing for longer without having to stop to charge it. It’s a little noisy but most are. The value on this one is definitely great, the features alone are well worth it. My son has never had so much fun with a flying device, usually he ends up frustrated and gives up not long into playing with them but this one is actually enjoyable and easy to fly and maneuver around. He loves it, well worth it! So glad we got this one and not another brand! Highly recommend!
