Keyway in part is to big
The keyway in the part is to wide for the motor shaft keyway. I couldn't tell what was wrong at first but after cleaning up the motor shaft keyway and it still wouldn't go on but a 3rd of the way I started grinding the keyway in the part after look at the original stock impeller. The keyway was tiny. Yeah it was a bit sloppy on the shaft but didn't seem to bother anything. This one the keyway was way bigger. I couldn't tell if it was to tall or to wide or both. Well after taking a die grinder to it and removing most of the keyway after trial and error it seems that it is to wide. Once I got it down to were it would slide all the way onto the shaft I greased the shaft and slid it on and off a few times and in doing so. I noticed the grease in the key way wasn't being disturbed death wise so it appears that the keyway was too wide not too tall. The material is extremely soft. So a burr tool made short work of it. I would suggest the smallest diameter bur you can get and just work one side to narrow the keyway. It was a little work but I hade to figure it out. Now you know what needs to be done. We will see how it holds up at a 3rd of the cost of an oem one. $40 versus $140. I bought an OEM like 6 years ago and at that time it was $80. Worked great pumping waste oil until I ran gas through it. And that just destroyed the impeller almost instantly. Well good luck hope this helps.

DO NOT BUY!!!
Horrible! OMG, we had to have the pump head housing cut off of our Jabsco Utility pump and the impeller shaft itself cut off of the shaft to get this impeller off of the shaft. This $38 impeller has cost us $450. Do yourself a favor and buy an OEM part!
