Looks good, works well, we ended up buying a second one!

The fan works fine on the app, but the remote that came with it doesn't work the light functions. I contacted the seller and they agreed to replace the remote. Customer service was very helpful. The fan is very quiet and works well with Alexa and a smart phone. I would recommend it.

Quiet and modern, but the light cover does look plastic as does the gold paint. It fits fine for our guest room and looks good if you don’t scrutinize it.

Great fan and great customer service! I lost my remote and had to order a new one two years after my initial purchase. I couldn’t find one on Amazon, so I contacted their customer support and they were able to send a special purchase link to the correct replacement remote. I received the remote and couldn’t figure out how to pair it with my fan, but the customer service team came through again with another quick response for easy step by step pairing instructions.

I purchased for a new build June 2023. We moved in on March. 3 months of use snd no longer works! Too late to return.

It’s beautiful but doesn’t work right after less than three months. Let’s start from the beginning: the first one I ordered was missing essential parts. What was already assembled had to be disassembled and the fan returned. Amazon told me they would replace it, but 2 weeks passed and a replacement never came, so I called and asked what’s the deal. I had to re-order. The new one had all parts. We installed it. I’ve used the light in it maybe once a week for 2 months because it’s installed in a brightly lit home office only used during the day. Last week the light just decided to not turn off. It will dim but not turn off if I just want the fan on. Ridiculous and past the return window. I called Amazon last week to ask what can be done because this is a rip off. No way to contact the mfr. Amazon said they’d reach out to the manufacturer. It’s been one week and I haven’t heard a peep from the mfr or Amazon. Don’t buy unless you want to throw your money away.

I had ordered a different brand fan before this one, but it had a regular AC motor which made an annoying hum. I did some research and found DC motors are the new way to go with ceiling fans, since they run silent and energy-saving. The only thing I can hear is the air moving. The remote looks solid, straightforward and easy to use. App and alexa is also easy to connect and works great. Led light is bright and can be dimmed as needed, and the color temperature is also adjustable. The air it puts out is tremendous! I Can feel the air blowing on me. In this heat wave I am loving this fan. One small addition can make a big difference to the look of the house. Just prepare 2 AAA battery(it is common)as they are not included.

When I had a friend go to install this he discovered a rip in the plastic piece that covers the light. I’m honestly not sure if it came that way or he accidentally did it. I reached out to their customer service and they were so kind and sent me a replacement piece right away! Thank you so much!! As for the fan - it’s perfect! The dimmer option is awesome and I love that you can choose different light tones. It also blows air really nicely. Looks beautiful too!
