The package does not say. Ingredients are listed as: cinnamon, allspice, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, nutmeg, Ginger, cloves.

Can this spice be used for a sweet ingredient, particularly for date nut bars?

This spice is typically used in Mediterranean style meat/poultry and savory vegetable and vegetable dishes. Super delicious! I haven't used it for anything else but if you want to try it in a bar I suggest using a small amount at first.

Why your package show circle K and when I got it today it doesn't have it? Not kosher

What makes this spice have such a short shelf life that the other customers are complaining about? Or was it just older stock?

Our shelf life is an average of 18 months. We don't use any preservatives so it's not 5 years as sometime people expect or vendors that do may offer.
