This bed took a few days to set up simply because of just two missing screws, HOWEVER the seller was great on communication and shipped a whole new set of screws that were delivered the very next day! All in all the set up will most definitely take two people and if I had to give a certain time span it would be 3 to 4 hours. So take your time and don’t rush through it, every little detail matters! My 5 year old loves his bed and so do I, it set the tone for a new gamer room and is perfect for small bedroom. Very sturdy, and the value of this bed is amazing for the price!

Great value for the money. Seems solid enough, but I put three brackets into wall studs. We have had this up for about 6 months now. We put led’s under the bed so there is light in the cubby. My son loves it. Easy to put together, if you can put together any other furniture, this wasn’t too difficult. The paint is more like a primer and rubs off easily, there were small missing sections of paint, as was described by others. But it still functions and looks good.

We bought a couple of these and needed to return one due to my youngest being uncomfortable with the height after we had the others assembled. I went to process a return (in original packaging and unopened) the seller responded that because my kid was uncomfortable with the height it’s my fault and that they wouldn’t approve the request as it was my negligence knowing the height requirements. Yea, I did know however if my son is uncomfortable, he’s uncomfortable. (The bed squeaks a lot, even pretty sturdy it kinda freaks my oldest out when moving when sleeping) Regardless, the product is unopened and in literal perfect condition. Im disappointed by the lack of customer service and problem solving. They respond in the middle of the night and it’s clearly a copy and paste type of service. So, moral is, if you have a single, tiny bit of hesitation, don’t buy anything from this seller because they will go to hell and back declining to help you. I have however opened a case with Amazon to help get this rectified.

Took about 3 hours of steady work for 2 adults to get this done. Easiest and fastest way is to have an Allen wrench bit on a screwdriver handle, rather than using the Allen wrench that is supplied. This is for my 6 year old daughter and she loves it. My 3 year old does too. They love the desk area to do their ‘makeup’ and I am in the process of putting bins on the shelves for their toys. Some negatives - the ladder is pretty difficult to get up and down versus a standard bunk ladder that has a better angle. A few damaged boards from shipping but luckily they were ones in the back that didn’t show. Some boards were not labeled so it took awhile to decipher which board was for each step. Nonetheless the kids love it and my daughter is actually sleeping in her own room now! 😅

The items look just like the picture. What I will say is that this takes way more than 30 minutes to assemble. It took me 3.5 hours to assemble. Part of the problem is that half of the parts were not labeled correctly which resulted in trying to read the instructions which has such small pictures which made it harder. I also did this by myself for most of it. The wood planks that are for the support for the mattress didn't all reach like they should making it difficult to screw in. There were also no divots on where to screw them in. They look great assembled, but if I decide to move out of my current house, that is going to be very difficult to transport.

My 8 yr old daughter loves the bed. took 5 hours to put together one person. The bed is sturdy as long as you anchor it to the wall studs, anchors included. lots of room under the bed, big desk and roomy shelves. The shelves double as the ladder which is a nice feature. Best to have your own torx driver as it'll be faster than the provided allen wrench. a drill is also needed for the slats as the holes aren't predrilled

Bought this for my 7 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Perfect mix of bed, desk, and shelving. Feels sturdy and looks super cool. I also have to call out the amazing customer service. One piece arrived damaged in shipping, and they sent me out a replacement within 3 days. Many thanks!!!
