This soup is perfect for people on a FODMAP diet (for example, people who are avoiding onion and garlic for example) HOWEVER, it tastes bland to some people... it even has a slightly unpleasant back taste. I add enough salt to taste and once I have done this it tastes great and is good for homemade soup or other cooking uses. So, I give it thumbs up (because it doesn't make me feel sick like other soups do) but know that you will have to add your own seasoning-of-choice to make it palatable and... once you have added your favorite seasoning, it will be palatable AND healthy..!

I like to sip warmed bone broth twice a day for its health benefits. I’ve been using Kettle and Fire for a while now, but decided to switch due to FODMAPs. This brand tastes very different to me, and the texture is much thinner. It has the consistency of water. The taste is not nearly as pleasant as Kettle and Fire, but it doesn’t give me stomach issues so I’ll stick with it. I’m sure I’ll get used to it eventually! I do add salt and appreciate that I can add my own to taste. Overall it seems like a very high quality product that fits my needs, I just wish I liked the taste better!

For the price I expected more! There is little to no flavor! For a brand that cooks this with all the wonderful veggies it is only a tad above plain water! I can make better broth from boneless chicken! This is actually worse than Swanson and $2 generic bone broth. I do not recommend this! Additionally, it is extremely difficult to open—the waxy cardboard is thick and hard to cut with shears. You must use two-hand to grip and cut it open (no perforations) and once you do get it open - it squirks out all over the place because it is filled to the top so it’s all over the kitchen and now have a mess to clean up! Swanson has a twist off cap and others have a foil closure (like juice box) that you ca press to open. Cons: Frustrating packaging Messy packaging No way to seal it back up Very light taste Cannot taste veggies Cannot discern its chicken at all Not shelf stable after opening Difficult to pour Is not recyclable Cannot heat\microwave in box Not eco-friendly (I have put it in another container plus clean up the mess from opening it)

I recommend Gourmend Organic Beef Bone Broth. I Love Gourmend broths tasty smooth beef veggie flavor and not salty, which is appealing to sip very good, no aftertaste. If you need to up your iron levels and support gut health this is a perfect broth to drink. The broth is soothing and easy to warm up on the stovetop (just a suggestion: try to avoid warming it up in the microwave if possible, to ensure that your get nutrients from broth and not over radiate it).

I was shocked when these got delivered, and they were tiny cartons. One carton is equivalent to a can of soup - $30 for three? I don't think so! It's beyond over-the-top expensive, even for organic bone broth. The taste is similar to that of any other organic bone broth.

I live in a rural town and sometimes have difficulty finding organic products. It is nice that I can get quality products here

Great flavor for low FODMAP cooking. Worked well in my Instapot with chuck roast and potatoes. Smelled really good!
