I have had several heated mattress pads and this is by far the best one I have ever had for several reason which I will detail in this review. First off, comfort. Most of them you can feel the wires under you which can be uncomfortable. This had much more padding over the wires. Yes, they are still there by hardly noticeable. Next, the Plug Location. All electric mattress pads have to be plugged into the controller. For some reason, many of these have the plug at your feet. This is annoying because you can feel it when you move your feet at night. This one also has them the at the foot of the bed as well but all the way to the far edge of the pad both left and right. Much less likely for your foot to bump it. The last BIG advantage of this pad are the controllers. First off they go dark after a few seconds of turning it on and adjusting it. Brilliant! My last 2 electric pads had LED lights on them that stayed on the entire time the pad was on. It was so bright we had to put the controllers under our bed so the lights wouldn't keep us awake. These you can keep on your nightstand. Lastly aside from 10 different heat settings, you can also program the auto shutoff from 1 to 12 hours in half-hour increments. As I said, Best Heated Mattress Pad Ever. Someone was thinking when they designed this one.

I didn’t realize what I had been missing until I got this mattress warmer! It soothes my aching back and keeps my feet warm all night. It’s like lounging in a warm bath, without the water.

It heats up very quickly, timer works well. Any setting higher than "L" is way too hot.The pad wrinkles up a lot and I have to smooth it back out every night before getting into bed, or else we are sleeping on lumps and bumps.My favorite part about this heated pad, though, is that it has dual controls. Mine off - his on. Perfect.

I finally have my mattress pad on the bed. It is soft, heats up quickly and balanced throughout the pad. My only issue is with the controls. I had a heated pad from a different company so I guess I was used to those. These only light up when you initially turn them on or when you change the temp. But go off within a few seconds. That is tough to figure out in the middle of the night what temp it is set to. Not enough that it would stop me from buying again but just annoying.. Overall a very good pad.

This product is wonderful. It heats up fast and works better than a heating blanket. Dual controls are easy to use and settings no up the mattress pad is easy. I would buy this item again.

You buy a heating pad for heat. A little when you want a little, and more when you want it hotter. Not with this pad. It has different settings, but barely puts any heat out. I do not recommend that you purchase this item, as it has not met my expectations.

The control light does not light up. no matter what you do it will not stay on. have to physically remove the plug from outlet.I have to plug it in and to shut off have to remove the plug from the outlet.I honestly think the control was defective. The mattress pad is very comfortable.The heater does work though & it does heat up, you just cannot set what setting it is on. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this?Thank youAfter using this for a week, it really is not working properly . And I shouldn't have to plug and unplug to turn it on and off I will be returning this. Thank you.

Purchased after an unusually chilly winter for Southern California, the night I received and put it on my bed I had the most perfectly warm and comfortable night in a long while. Almost can't wait until it gets cold again!
