Amazing sleep!
I have never written a review on Amazon before even though I do an incredible amount of shopping here. However, I am compelled to pass on to those finding interest is a different kind of pillow my own experience.I do not have neck issues. I do deal with sleeplessness or insomnia quite often, usually around the 2 o’clock hour. I often fidget from one side to the other for hours. Melatonin has been helpful, but I really don’t want to rely on it.The Piano Air pillow has become an instant favorite of mine. I have no interest in using a regular pillow in the future if I can help it. I’ll bring the Piano Air with me when we RV or travel by car. I’m not going to claim that all of my issues have been resolved but, sleep has greatly improved. Oddly, when I am awake at night I’m much more relaxed. Not fidgety. Returning to sleep does not take as long. I love the support on the top of my neck that the pillow provides.

Sleeping better than I have in years
This will be a back up to my Kanuda Piano Air pillow, which I bought a year ago. The Piano Air immediately improved my severe back and neck pain, and I take it with me even when I am traveling. I’ve been sleeping on the Largo for a couple of weeks now, and am super happy. These pillows seem expensive but they are worth every penny!

Stop waking yourself up
Finally started sleeping through the night again after I got this pillow! It’s perfect for sleeping on your back or side and stops me from rolling around all night and waking myself up. Love that you can lay on your back with your head flat but still have something to the side to lean your head on. It’s supportive without being too firm.

If It Suits Your Dimensions…
I purchased this pillow directly from the company and ended up returning it. This pillow is excellent-it just didn’t cradle my head in a position I liked when I slept on my back. My jaw would sink downward and I’d end up sleeping with a straightened neck, which is what I’m trying to un-do. The point on the neck’s cradle where it’s supposed to tilt your head back sits too short to reach my neck. Sleeping on my side with this pillow though was absolutely delicious-such a welcome relief! It’s for that reason I’m going to try their other pillow. The pillow’s materials seem exceptionally durable as well. Give it a whirl if you sleep on your back with a really low pillow.

Very comfortable
My neck has been getting tight on the left side. Couldn’t turn it to the left. One night on the pillow and relief!!! I have had it now a week. Still loving it!

Feels like traction/PT
I struggle with neck issues due to a compressed disc and, therefore, compressed nerve. This pillow keeps my body in alignment when i sleep on my back. I love how the sides are shaped and its very comfortable to sleep on, my only wish was that the sides were a bit taller for side sleeping, since i have a habit of changing position overnight. That's the only reason I took off a star.For back sleeping, it's 5 stars!
