Asurion is super easy to work with. You can do a claim online or talk to a representative. They are very helpful and understanding and every time I have had to use them my product was replaced or if I chose to be refunded I was. I would suggest Asurion to everyone.

Thankful we had this coverage as it assured us when our item failed that it wasn't a complete loss, & quite the opposite, in fact we received nearly all of our original cost back to buy another same item or another as it settlement was sent within 24 hours as a gift card.

I contacted them and they immediately took care of my problem within minutes! I am highly satisfied!

Don't waste your time with the protection plan. I've been trying to get my washing machine either fixed or a part replaced and after submitting 25 documents, they still keep saying they need more information and then they lock you out of your account and hang up on you when you try to call to resolve it. Save your money!

I've never seen a claim got approved that fast. Maybe because it was my very first claim with them? But that experience alone is worth 5 stars. Hope it stays that way

I love the product. But what I do not love is how Amazon put stop at the wrong door and do not let no one know that the product is there. I was at my daighters home and someone knock at my door and said you have a package that has been sitting at your back door sense this morning and it is about to rain. No one sent a message or anything and that is not good business. But so far the product is worrking great. I have not even gotten the warranty through my email. Yet.
