Wüsthof Classic Ikon 3-Piece Chef's Knife Set, Black

I bought these for my wife as a Christmas gift. We’ve struggled with cheap kitchen knives for years; my daughter recommended this brand, having had a set for years. They are pretty expensive but you can’t beat the quality. Unbelievably sharp and hold an edge really well, they have yet to need touching up with the Sharpener I also bought by the same company. Good balance on the chef’s knife and beautifully made. I would add that the sharpener has rescued many of our old knives. So it’s a great product in its own right.

Now that I’ve experienced using Wüstof knives, I can officially say I’m never going back. They are exceptional! Very durable, look nice, and the perfect size. I use them daily and know with good care they will last a long time. Highly recommend!

Excellent knives; good edge retention

Don’t upset momma in the kitchen when these babies are in use. Just don’t. If you don’t like what is being made for dinner, keep your mouth shut. These knives are as sharp as momma’s tongue when she’s angry. So, if you want something sharp and worth the money, you will be happy. If you don’t plan on taking care of them and plan to use them like a flathead screwdriver or a box opener, just move along to a cheaper option. ;)

Best purchase of knives! These are unbeatable and the easiest to use compared to all others we’ve used in the past. They’re incredibly durable, work better than any other brand, they stay balanced when chopping, and the price was as expected for the quality.
