I am so happy to have found a glass travel mug! I love it! Unfortunately the top isn't very strong and has crumbled a bit and some components have broken off, but they sent TWO tops, so I just pulled out the second one and will go from there! Oh, the plastic sleeve and bottom fall off too... but I love the mug part so much that I'm not that worried about these other flaws. :)

I CANNOT HOLD A REGULAR COFFEE CUP WITH A HANDLE ANYMORE. THESE ARE GREAT! VERY COMFORTABLE TO HOLD. STRAWS WORK REALLY WELL TOO. HAVING THE OPTION OF NO STRAW OR STRAW IS THE BEST! HOPE THEY COME OUT WITH A LAVENDER ONE SOMEDAY!

Broke from a 3ft fall, like, shattered. I've never had borosilicate glass break from such a short drop. Insulation didn't work either, coffee was cold after just 2 hours. The silicone grips don't fit well. Garbage.

I bought this cup three months ago. There were several things I liked, and a couple I didn’t like so much.My favorite thing about the cup is that it’s double wall glass. I like to be able to see my drink, and also to see that my cup is clean. It has been difficult to find one like this.The silicone bumper and hand grip are nice. The lid fits snugly and is high quality, and it’s nice the cup came with straws and a cleaning brush. I also like that the straw has a silicone mouthpiece. Usually I hate to sip from a metal straw, but the mouthpiece made it tolerable to me.There were two problems with the cup that eventually led to its demise. In addition to the silicone mouthpiece, the straw also has a plastic piece to fit the opposite end. My guess is that this prevents the metal straw from tapping on the bottom of the glass and breaking it. The problem is that piece never fit snugly. It’s the only part of the cup that didn’t seem to meet the high quality of the rest. Since that piece slides up, it defeats the purpose and yesterday I noticed the bottom of the inner wall of my cup was cracked. This led to moisture getting into the space between the double walls, and I had to throw it away.I wanted glass to avoid the forever chemicals in plastic, but obviously that comes with the risk of broken glass. That is the nature of glass, and not a fault of the product. However, I am deducting two stars because 1) that ill fitting plastic piece on the straw is a fault of the product, and led to its breakage by failing its purpose, and because 2) that happened after only three months of careful use.

Unlike some of the reviews, the one I received Lid is tight, doesn't come off easy and doesn't leak. the sleeve and bottom shield does come off especially with hot coffee. It doesn't keep coffee hot like a Yeti stainless steel mug, but it's not a stainless steel mug. I think it's going to be fine. It does keep coffee warm for a while. It is a classy looking mug for sure.

I would have given it 5 stars because it's a great cup. Sips well without the straw!! great size, seems good quality. But it does sweat with ice water. It's a little better than no insulated cup. But still ice does melt lot faster than stainless steel mug if you're wanting that feature.

Sturdy, cute, extra lids and straws. Keeps my coffee warm for a while.

This is a very well fashioned cup. The lid worked fine for me and I'm happy to have an extra that they shipped along with it. It doesn't quite keep insulated enough for me though. By the time I get to the bottom of my coffee it is warm, not hot. I'm going to fashion an insulator for it to overcome this problem.
